There is no way, no. The scope of this mod didn't reach that far. Maybe at some point I will add that, but for custom stuff like that you might want to make your own script. This mod is more generic, sorry.

Is there a way to have images be in states? So you can cycle through a set of them? Wanting to do a Baseball module (like Deadball), but I can't find a way to have the bases indicated on the score pad.

The ability to name the array points individually would be useful. Currently the name applies to the entire grid. Or perhaps a way to deploy/convert the array points as separate buttons that can then be named?

Anyway, great tool, thanks. The only drawback is that loading an object with a lot of checkboxes on it takes a good 30 seconds sometimes even after being trimmed.

This is a very neat tool, but I do wish it let you edit the back of cards as well so it would have better utility for two-sided cards.

And hello again Marum. About the disappearing: the object disappears itself when I write or delete letters in it. If I change text in unlocked text bar like in notepad it doesn't disappear. Only if I do something in this mod menu. Can do a video, if you need it.

Hmm, yes, russian characters do cause issues with this mod sometimes, since for some reason it cant save them correctly... I'm not sure what causes it, I've been trying to fix it. Regarding the deletion, does the object itself disappear or does the text disappear? Does this happen at random or when you are trying to delete a character?

Hello, thank you for mod! Do many custom things for my roleplay game with it, but I have some really annoying bugs: sometimes an object just delete itself while I am redacting it. Sometimes I can redact it like 10 minutes without deleting and sometimes it just keeps deleting and deleting every minute. Maybe the problem is that I just rewind time in game and try to redact the same bugged object and instead I need to make a copy of it and just paste it when its gone, I don't know really how to fix it. And the second bug - when I change every parameter in sheet after just two seconds it returns to the basic parameters visually, but it keeps the actual parameters on the object like I could write some text in the Content cell, but after the second it just shows "Text content" in it like its empty. But if I close the sheet and open it again it shows the true text. Maybe all problems because I use the russian letters, but the numbers are not really russian and the bugs comes with it too...

This is amazing. I imported my custom character sheet in as an image and used this to make all the fields fillable. It's magic. OMFG.

Me and some friends have discovered a bug: If a non-host player puts a stamped card into a deck while searching that deck (as in, dragging it into the search box rather than putting it on top of the deck) it removes all stamps from it. Putting the card on top of the deck works fine, and putting it into a search box and pulling it out from the top of the deck still clears it. This happens regardless of if the host or a non-host stamped the card. The host doesn't have this problem at all. I don't think we tested what happens if the host puts a stamped card made by a non-host in a deck in this way unfortunately. Thank you so much for the tool, it's made the project we're working on much easier and cleaner!

@Rema: There's not such feature, no. The mod aims to make the 95% of cases where you just want some text on a card easier. I understand there are infinite edge cases, but adding a feature for every case would bloat the script for everyone. I invite to use this tool to do the initial setup, and then get into the code to add exactly what you need!

I just noticed my editable player logs I have created are not saving the data that has been entered in all the areas. Some text arrays save properly some are completely blank. All the areas show up properly in the editor. When I redo the player log from scratch the same array areas will not save the text entered into them. Check boxes all work correctly. I am using version 2.

Has anyone else noticed this in their forms?

First of all, Marum thanks for the handy tool! It is very useful for those who do not understand scripting :steamthumbsup:
However, I should note that after creating several dozen checkboxes, a dozen counters and pair of text fields on one placard, typing text on the latter began to slow down. Especially if you type fast: there is a lag of a second or two before the letters begins to be written. Is it because of the structure of the code, or because of the total volume of the script?
By the way, after looking at the script code after Committing, it seems to me that a lot of things are still stayed in it that are not directly related to the work of the "injected" elements. Will the above-mentioned script lags go away if one clean the code as much as possible? It's a pity that the structure of the script is very tricky and I do not know what can be painlessly deleted to check.

May have found a bug? I added a form for a tile, but I also want to put stickers/decals on it. Once I save & load, the decals are gone. Only had a quick look through the code but it seems to check for decals and wipe them. For legacy games stickers can be put on with just the decal tool.
Otherwise loving this tool. So much easier than having to writing the code manually.

First of all, this is absolutely incredible and such a helpful tool! @Adil3tr pointed this out to me and I just tried to incorporate it into my Workshop game. It was honestly such a fast and easy process (in some ways it was actually more convenient than when I added forms to a PDF version of the game - take THAT, Adobe). I'm genuinely amazed!

One question/request: Would it be possible to add a second "Total Sum" option that works horizontally rather than vertically (adding a sum column rather than row)? (If there is a way to already do this available and I overlooked it, my apologies!)

@ElQuiltroAV [nErds]: At one point I contemplated making the sheets using XML instead of using TTS inputs. They should be way lighter if you need something more complex. For the things I wanted and needed from this tool, I ultimately decided to make it using Inputs, because of some disadvantages with XML. If you need performance above all else, you may want to look into making your own script using XML instead of using this mod. Sorry :bbtcat:

I would love to suggest if we could get an option for text that adds an option to the context menu when commited that updates the content of the text field with the content of the item's Name or Description. It could be made reversing the already built option that copies the field content into the tooltip. This way we could use the item description to manipulate the largest text field without worring about misclicking and erasing everything due to TTS selecting everything on click. :'(

I have added an image to part of a playing card. When the card is drawn from the deck, the image seems to disappear (i can still click it to give it a new url). When i "hold" the card with the cursor, a transparrent version of teh image shows up, but it is gone when i drop the card. Any idear what i am doing wrong. The image is hosted on imgur.

This is a minor thing, but when using top down view it can be hard to grab the castle to move it from object to object since the button covers it up almost completely.

@Downpour: When tabletop simulator stacks two cards into a deck, that deck becomes an entirely different object. It would be very hard to code it so that a card made with this mod injects a script into a deck when it becomes part of it to show the fields of the bottom-most card. It might be possible, but I'm not sure how hard it would be. Maybe I can add that at a later date.

Is it possible to make the cards made with this visible while they are in a stack of cards? When i make a blank card and add all the info to it, none of it is visible when you search through a pile of them.
