It used that warhammer directly took actual suits of armours and weapons and just pasted them in theirs fictions.
Deformed armors and weapons were mostly only for chaos.
Now everything is deformed.
Which just annihilate the main point of this fictions and make everyone into degenerate who whorships chaos through theirs gears and clothing style.
The main version of the mod should be working and the No Legendary Characters version, I'll fix and update the other two alternate versions of the mod soon. Let me know if there are any bugs!
I only loaded your mod with console mod, it worked.
then i did some further testing and discovered what the problem was.
its a mod that i had called: "custom battle animations" or something similar.
i have +30 mods on and assumed it was your mod,
this is because i avoid battle effecting mods except for AI tweaks.
so i would like to apologize,

its a meme channel, but thumbnail should be accurate.
btw, you can use the console mod and type: "techall" to unlock the tech,
you can also type: "add axp 9" or "add avp 9" to make them rank 9.
if you start as Thorek Ironbrow you can have some ironbreakers turn 1 to test with.
i do recomand to hover unit card before hand just to be 100% certain you have the tech that turn.
not to certain about longbeards and ironbreakers.
the bug is that the whole shield formation animation is just missing.
you can see it getting activated, you can see it active, you can even see them move into a more tight formation. but they wont raise their shield.
For context:
The spear units hold the spear about 3/4 of the way up the shaft, and jam the tip through their faces, then it snaps back to the normal animated and repeats.
As for the screenshots, I already have 50 images in here and again I don't want to do too much work outside of making the mod itself, plus I want to give people some stuff to see on their own.

So yeah this mod page is for the full reskin, officers, voice changes, and animation swaps. The other versions all work independently from one another, basically no need for this version for assets or anything like that. The other versions are No Legendary Characters (no reskins for legendary lords or heroes), No Characters (no reskins for legendary lords and heroes, and generic lords and heroes), and the most compatible version No Characters and Officers, (no reskins for legendary lords and heroes, generic lords and heroes, and no animation swaps, officers, or voice changes). Again, you only need one of these based on your preference if you want to use any other reskins that affect any of that.
I guess if such a mod was used alongside this comp mod here, smth could happen like this reskin overwriting changes Snek's mod makes to a character's 3D model, but not his campaign map his unit card or porthole which come from Snek's mod and wouldn't fit??

But what's the use case is for the "No Leg Chars" one I'm not sure? Many users have some fav lords and *need* to run a particular reskin for them. I get that. But for that usecase I would activate THIS version, activate the 5 LL reskins and make sure they're all above this mod in LO. That should do it, no?
I'd have 1 suggestion for the fantastic screenshot section: Showcase for a FEW races multiple characters that will all be affected by this reskin (very interesting piece of info) in one shot - but don't only show "B" (with this mod) but ideally also "A" (same chars, same spot on the battlefield, same angle/lighting/postpro FX, but vanilla siins).... If possible Thx <3
