Also, xenophobes should totally be able to enjoy having a sentient pet since they're assholes, and xenophiles who are full of themselves might view this as a form of charity. This is a RP heavy mod, so there's no need to restrict things.

Reproductive is relatively self explanatory, it increases pop growth by a decent chunk at the cost of happiness, political power (like a lot), and absurd food upkeep.
VR Slave used to give admin cap, but in the patch version I use which is for after the change, it instead decreases the impact of Admin penalties. theirs sometimes breaks tho if you have too many on the job, making it decrease admin penalties by -400%... which hurts.
but yeah, those two are just really fun to me.
