Nice mod.I think it'd be a good idea to add different helmets, or no helmets at all, or both (some w/ helmets, other no helmets).

Also, maybe add the Vigiles cape to them, that'd be cool.

Besides that, good mod, and good description

I think they would look better without these helmets. The helmets should look like the Vigiles ones. Also the Vigiles coat would fit. Please change this or make a new mod. Soory for my bad english.
