Sorry I didn't respond sooner, what I meant was duplicating "Ragdoll.smd" and then renaming it to match the names of the other smd files in the same folder, that way you don't have to load the files into blender and replace all the skeletons with the one from "Ragdoll.smd", especially since they're all meant to be the same skeleton from what I know. (Unless you've already done that and that's what didn't work.) Once you've done that just try compiling it with crowbar, hopefully that should work. Like I said earlier tho, for some reason all npc animations still use the broken skeleton, however idk how to fix that as I don't even know what the animations are pulling the skeleton from

back from a while, I don't think I get it by copying the ragdoll.smd into any reference files mainly due to there being one and it being an smd file, and I'm not sure how to copy a file like that into the same kind of file, I have been able to decompress the mdl file tho so thats a win

Yeah that fixed I think, the only issue is that it's still present on all the other animations, what you need to do is to decompile "xetirano_V1.mdl" and "xetirano_V2.mdl" with crowbar and go to "xetriano_v1_anims", copy ragdoll.smd for each reference file that's in the folder and recompile it, repeat those steps for V2 and load it back into SFM, it should be sorted!

I think I found the issue, the reference sequence skeleton is different from the ragdoll sequence skeleton, I'll recompile the model with the ragdoll sequence skeleton on both and see if anything changes

That's the exact location of this addon, Garry's mod's workshop folder is 4000, the ID of the workshop page used is the same as the folder name for each addon, in this case it's 3219521704, once you've gotten the .GMA file from inside the folder extract it using Gmad, you can find that at "SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\bin"

You should see a box below the words "name a fair price", unless you wanna donate money to him you can just put in £0 or $0, once you've clicked on the button below that it'll take you to a receipt page where it wants you to put in your email (dw you can unsubscribe from it whenever you like) and then once all that's done just click download on the files named "ULTRAKILL V1 Blender Files & FBX" and you're all set!

Yeah go ahead! If you're planning on using it in blender tho I'd recommend you use the fbx file Xetirano provided on his gumroad profile, check the description of this and you'll find a link to it https://www.artstation.com/artwork/L3DmJv (Steam blocks gumroad links for whatever reason)

The colour changer and skins unfortunately don't function along side C_hands, so I can't do it :bigjohn: (If something changes about this in the future tho, yes I'll make it so they change colour along side the playermodel)

Select any one of the last 4 skins and go to the tab named "colours", you can also use the colour tool located in the spawn menu for ragdolls but for some reason it makes it a darker colour than what it would be on the playermodel itself, eons old GMod issue ig.
