it's that you had the wrong version installed and something somewhere didn't recognize that it should be updated. again, someone else had this problem before. glad it works again!

Well, i deleted Mod config pure mod so it can be reinstalled and now it saves the setting. Isaac modding feels really weird right now.

1. this mod isn't built for Repentance+. I never tested if it works there. and additionally this is one of the first mods I've made, so the code might be crappy
2. somebody else had a similar issue before. try deleting the mod folder of MCM in your mods folder and then running the game so it reinstalls. also try right clicking on Isaac on steam, going to Properties -> Installed Files -> click on Verify integrity of game files. try doing both and just one, in different orders, until it either works or it doesn't. either way let me know

for some odd reason the mod resets its setting everytime i restart the game (using Rep+ and mod config pure)

Literally the first run I did with this, I beat Greedier. This mod is a godsend.

@Aphy is using mod config menu discontinued without knowing, that's why it wasn't saving. commenting this in case anyone else is having this issue and need a solution

why when i quit the game and play again, i have to do all setting again ? everything go default when i quit the game.. and bc i have a corsair bug that lower my fps and ask to restart the game.. (like minecraft) i always end up with this ugly green circle.. how to fix this ?

due to some bug that I can't fix properly, I had to make it so your config resets if the data is outdated. so you'll have to set everything again to what you wanted it to be after the update. sorry for the inconvenience
