Red biomechs are default, some of them just use the 'boss' state so they shoot more frequently (mostly in the later levels)
Also 1 question. Do the enemies have modified score points ? I noticed on the level the Dark Bride that its over 2000 enemies and at the end barely 800,000 points.
I know for a fact Kleers are at least worth 2500 points but here they are like 150 or something.
Why not leave the vanilla score for enemies ?

- I thought Clone soldier stats were default - I just found shotgunners 'aim time' was modified - it's back to default now
As for damage, they are all default stats - some use 'cover markers' and this looks like it increases shotgunner damage '+1' (default). I'll double check some cover markers, maybe some are set to allow the shotgunner to fire multiple times before taking cover
If you can create a thread that has the title Broken Spawns I can post what spawns I found that do not trigger.

It is inside the small temple close to the first keycard door.
This is gonna sound weird but this mod feels much better balanced than your previous TFE and TSE serious plus mods.. while it also feels less enjoyable. And I think it's *only* because of the hiscanner soldiers used so prominently.
Whenever there's an area where they're not around, it's way more fun.
For your Minuses
1. I liked having some returning enemies from TFE/TSE for continuity (or chaos)
2. The werebulls you mentioned I had already updated since your comment - More feedback from people playing it blind will allow me to see if things needs balancing (See Change Notes)
2. I'm tired of any monster appearing behind my back and devouring my HP on the spot. I understand that this is a hardcore mod, but shoving 2 bulls behind your back is a bit much.
Bottom line: 9/10 everything is just awesome, waiting for a mod for Serious Sam 4 (light it up to the fullest!)
PS: make elevators faster in the temples of the Sirians ^-^.
3. The levels follow the plot of 3 Sam. First, the original game itself, then there is a break for the Pearl of the Nile, and in the final we are back in the original game.
4. I like and always have liked that all the levels in the game are ready. And you don't have to wait for updates for half a year. You've done all the levels, and you've also done the Pearl of the Nile. Just my respects.
Minuses:
1. Slightly modified locations, the addition of new HP items and armor (it can be seen that it was done with love). The bastards are now hiding even in the underground temples of the Sirians. Every piece of land is occupied by bastards. This is wildly gratifying. You're literally fighting for every meter of Land.
