I haven't tested any of my mods for compatibility with SFO. Mod users should do this testing themselves. If you have any doubts about my mod's functionality, you should first test it using only this mod, disabling all other mods.

i assume that whatever table decides the penalty has either been changed or one of my other installed mods is somehow conflicting with it

i pick up the crown, and it still inflicts a -20 relations penalty with all factions instead of half like the mod says

Updated for 6.2 and added following new effect:

- In vanilla, if an High Elf faction owns the Crown, it gains a positive diplomatic attitude effect from other Dark Elf factions. This mod applies the same effect to Dark Elf factions for High Elves.

Hello, I've had the Nemesis Crown for 20 turns without a fight, but I no longer have this ability in combat?

And this is in a new game.

The required turn and battle numbers are organized as scripts. The positive and negative effects of the crown are organized as tables.

Any changes made to the tables at any time will affect the existing campaign.

However, the Crown's script is tied to that campaign at the start of each campaign and cannot be changed again. Changes made to the script will apply to newly started campaigns.

Unfortunately, this is CA's game design style, it has nothing to do with me.

This mod is not compatible with saved games. You must start a new campaign for all changes to take effect.

I unsub'd and redownloaded - now the Crown is arriving at level 5 and has 8 turn timer, but still not same as before. Weird.

Thanks for the feedbacks. The problem was in the script file and it has been fixed. If anyone is still having the same problem, unsubscribe from this mod and subscribe again.

Oh no, nevermind, the diplomatic penalties are the modded ones. But the timer is back to the normal one.

Can confirm, it seems the update changed something, the crown has its normal timers and also the normal diplomatic penalties.

@HERODINO This mod is not complex enough to cause this kind of glitch. It could be a mod conflict or a bug in the original CA script.

Hey, I encounter a glitch where after doing a battle with the high elves, in turn resolve, the crown reach it's final stage but instead of giving the prompt to keep it or seal it on my turn. It just moved to keep it and now I am in a limbo state where I have the crown but none of the benefits. I am not even sure it is your mod or the game devs fault for the glitch

Thank you for this mod, I didn't know I needed it until I got screwed out of keeping the Nemesis crown because it spawned in the middle of my empire with no battles in sight.

This mods seems to prevent the Sword of Khaine from ranking up. I've played two campaigns with this mod now and have gone 20 plus turns wielding the sword with no ranks ups. Maybe it's one of my other mods bugging it but I'm not sure. Anyone else experiencing this?

The sword rank up automatically over time, not by winning battles. Also, this mod does not interfere with the sword's stages mechanics.

No, sorry. It would be unnecessary and tiring for me to constantly update and maintain multiple versions of the same mod. However, anyone who wants to can make any changes to my mod and upload their own version to the workshop.

Could I make a suggestion/request for a sub- or spin-off-mod that just removes the "win a battle every # turns or loose the crown" rule from the vanilla crown? Something that otherwise keeps all the penalties and diplomatic difficulties intact.

@Lelouch Hi. The post-battle loot variable is actually a negative value (debuff) in the vanilla game and is applied at crown levels 4 and 5. This mod sets the negative values ​​to zero. It does not convert them to a positive effect.

When you use the Crown as Khorne, at the highest Level the Crown stops any "Drawn to Destruction" Expansion... would be nice to take that negative Effect off the Crown. Thanks!

I just tested Cathay with all levels of Nemesis Crown. The mod works fine. I did not see any effect of Nemesis Crown on the harmony mechanic, neither in the settlement screen nor in the Nemesis Crown UI. (Except the buff to Yang units.)

after I kept playing it seems the + yang harmony is just in the text of the crown (its description of effects when you click on the crown on the top of UI) but the effects are not really applied; so I guess just need to fix the description
