love the mod! though with how many summoners some units have, may i recommend doing something? how about in the nation list have a special site that just show you all the summons that a nation has access to, just as a way for people to get an idea of what the stat of those units are

I've looked at some steam discussions on bug reports and there's some comments having similar issues with map gen. They were as recent as Jan 24 and included MP games with 6-10 nations (mostly AI) and some were also disciples games with no mods.
It might be an issue with map generation itself. Try using a preset/modded map and see if that works for multiplayer. Otherwise, I'm not sure what it could be since both mods work fine together in single player.
As for the dominion effects, I never had disciples games in mind but the way you described it makes sense for me.

So. Been trying to get a game running with my friends, turns out that this is not MP-compatible with your Len'en mod/modpack/whatever? At least in Disciple games. No clue why, it just takes forever and then fails to work.

Also, looks like the dominion effects aren't spreading to disciples super for Mugenkan? Playing as the Mayohiga disciple of Mugenkan does not give me vinemen freespawn, playing as Mugenkan as a disciple of Mayohiga *does* give me vinemen freespawn. Not sure if that's intended or not lol. Haven't tried Higan.

I have not tried any of the nations on a Disciples game so i can't say how well the dominions-focused nations will be on these nor how they work.

Disciples getting free spawns from Mugenkan makes sense since their common freespawn are dependent on dominion power and temples, with some of the more specialized freespawn needing special sites and certain growth/death scales.

The same should apply with Higan which is only dependent on dominion strength

Makai's dominion would be dangerous since it creates a site that spreads disease, and it can spread to provinces that Makai doesn't directly own.

Gouyoku and Eientei's special sites would be limited to their own provinces.

Hello! I've been enjoying the mod quite a bit! I did have a question if you're able to answer - how well do the various dominion-focused nations deal with Disciples games? I know in vanilla, you get stuff like Eremor affecting their disciples with popkill and freespawn, but does that hold for these nations as well? If I play as Mugenkan pretender, will my disciples get vinemen freespawn? I did notice that a Mugenkan disciple seems to freespawn fine.

Thanks! I sadly have no plans to port Summer's Touhou mod, but some of that mod's ideas will transfer over to future nations in this modpack.

Hello, firstly love the mod, and i'm looking forward to playing a lot of these nations. 2nd, are the Moon Rabbit Deserter units of Eientei supposed to have only have stealth (50), Darkvision (90), & Ttrue Sight? Mainly just wondering because all the other units tended to have the animal trait & fateweaving and other such. Otherwise again love the mod and hope you're having a great day.

Although I never used the sites in that way (of piling them all up to a single province or as a buffer around the capitol), I am fine with them being used like this since it should still take a while to do and it still sounds quite thematic and fitting for the nation.

Just tried the mod and really enjoy how the free spawn mechanics for the flower nation are designed as far as creating unique sites for spawn, only downside is now i wish more free spawn nations would utilize a similar mechanic. Though i did have a question regarding flower sites per a province, are you supposed to be able to have all six sites in one province? Because i've just been stacking to to get max spawns and counteract the death from the negative spawns as well as making some decent tax and buffer provinces around my capitol.

Bug for Mugenkan: Sunflower Spires and Rose Spires are producing astral pearls instead of nature gems. Dandelion Spire is working properly, producing air gems.

This is a new mod, but it was inspired by that mod. Originally, I was making this mod for Dominions 5, but when Dom 6 got announced I was half way through this mod. Then, I wanted to prepare it entirely for Dom 6.

I'll probably combine elements of the Forest of Magic and Hakurei Shrine together with some recruitment exclusive to forest terrain. I have a list of nations I'd like to do, including one based around Cirno and the Team 9 meme.

Trying out the mod, specifically as Higan, and so far so good. I do wonder if the Forest of Magic would be added in some capacity. Most likely a magic oriented faction composed mostly of fairies and spirits, with some magician commanders that lives in seclusion there. Paths would be big on nature with some diverse elemental paths. If it can't work as a faction, then I could at least see them as indi units in forest provinces.

Been playing more as Mugenkan. Maybe add a token amount of magical leadership to the head gardener, or at least to the head gardener that is involved in province defense? It is a bit annoying to have an enemy attack your province, and then have all of your free spawn dissolve due to there being no magical leadership.

I don't think that I would have brought this up, but in one of my latest battles, this seems to have caused my province defense to suffer from morale break, causing me to lose a province with a defense level around thirty to forty and over a hundred units (96 units excluding free spawn), to an army of ten units.

The glamour gem gen was incorrect, but the pearl generation for the Rose and Sunflower spires, and the air gem gen for the Dandelion spire were intended. Pearl gems for the former spires since they're supposed to be so tall they reach the heavens, while the Dandelion spire is more closely associated with the air.

Are the Mugenkan summon paths and generated gems correct? I noticed the Bloodied Sunflower Fields generate glamour gems instead of blood slaves and now I'm not sure if the glamour paths/pearl generation on some of the summons are intended.

I know for certain that I've got to add goblin servants and fairy maids to the Scarlet Devil Manor. The goblins because in lore (one of the written works) the manor let a bunch of goblins in to work for them.

As for the danmaku shot, this is intended. For the two kitsune troops, its supposed to simulate them as starting off on their shikigami roles and learning about the ability from their masters. The Kitsune mage commander has it just so its consistent. The other troops don't have it despite also being shikigami because the kitsune are favored more (or at least that's how I imagine it).

I'm not the same person who made the Dominions 5 touhou mod. I made a Len'en mod in Dom 5 and ported it here (its seperate from this mod and my name in that forum is Bigg Frogg)
