if they're not a hard dependency it would be nice if they could be toggled without rendering this mod unusable too
1. make some of the regions have unique ugly palettes like We Forgot To Render This One Sorry rather than making them all dark blue like sky islands and the wall. something like blinding white on everything for chimney canopy and then the full darkness from shaded citadel for farm arrays.
2. do not change the palettes of outskirts, garbage wastes, and pipeyard since they already have unique palettes for inv (outskirts has its palette entirely removed, garbage wastes looks like rubicon, and pipeyard is rainbow apart from sump tunnel)
