As the default launcher for Total War games is trash.
It worked when I booted it up in my game so hopefully it works.
Only thing I can think of is the author for some reason localized things in the actual effect DB's and I haven't been able to find them. One of these days I'm going to have to just dig thru every DB in the original mod and see if I can find them.
Best solutions I can give you if to either use the Execute Lords/heros mod to remove them so there is no upkeep issues.
This issue is happening even if I deactivate the main mod and the translation mod.

Had a similar issue but with vanilla. According to a poster, they are "Those things are colonels, placeholder agents that pop up when something goes wrong". If someone could help me with this issue.
I'm noticing some missing names and such though, and there are no descriptions for the character skills, but perhaps there were none from the start?
So for anyone reading this, I'm pretty sure its a Mixer/Mixu thing.

I still haven't figured out if there is faction effects from these heroes or not. Need to dig thru the effects and see if he, for some reason, loced them in the actual effects/scripts like a dummy or if that is just how TWW3 works.
Either way should be working again enough to play the mod.
Alright had to do like 3 force downloads but I finally see the issue. Probably to spite me he changes all the names from being on loc key each to 2 loc keys and also changed their unique keys. Will have a update done at some point this week.
Only other solution I can say is make sure this is loaded above the main mod in your launcher as it needs to overwrite the main mods tables.

If it's set somewhere else the original author is a idiot afaik then but I'll give it a once over at some point this weekend.
I'll do a double check later and see about correcting them.
I didn't edit any of the effects so everything from the original mod still stands of course so if they do they still do.
