So i wound up making AI write a set of 3 python scripts that use regex to make all monuments in a folder both usable by anyone as well as their conditional modifiers. I also reworked Monument benefits for overlords mod to also give the conditional modifiers. I could make my own mod to post them all but its taken so long to make these i just wanna play the game. PM me if you want and ill giv eu them and a run down on how they work.

@Strifium I'm not sure what could be causing it. Keep in mind that this only works for the GME monuments. So you'll need another mod for the vanilla monuments.
I have one for that as well: Great Projects Unlocked.

@Covya I could, but I wouldn't plan on updating something like that for version changes. I would recommend creating a mod in the launcher yourself. Then just copy and paste this mod and use a find and replace script, or find and replace function in a text editor:

can_be_moved = no
Change to:
can_be_moved = yes

Could you make a version where every monument also has can_be_moved set to yes? I like the idea of putting them all in my capital

I do not why, but I tried different load orders, removing all the other mods; cultural and religious requirements still exist. Could find a way around it, any thoughts? Either vanilla or GME it's the same

I've made a mod for vanilla and Europa expanded monuments as well. And it's compatible with GME and this mod. (because luckily, GME is quite wel written)

However, I haven't removed requirements for conditional modifiers for those as I haven't found a way to automate that, and it would be quite painful to keep them up to date.
