Could you update the mod and remove stack size limits?

Right now it's limited to 65535, which limits max quantity output and also makes in incompatible with stack increasing mods like this one:

When the quantity is greater than 65.5k, the display will change to 4.2b

does it only change stack sizes of chests? like does the mod only apply when your ussing chests?

it works for Ethereal Embers.
It just shows correct stack size. it does not increase it
