I can use this with Ashlands, Vanilla Races Insectors, and Vanilla Psycasts expanded for a Stormlight Archive themed playthrough.
Probably, but I don't intend to go beyond jade with this mod.
It works fine for me. Did you check if all conditions for using the spot are given? (look at the [AV] Mechanoid Spots Mod description, section details).
The charged stone works just like any other spot in that mod, it just does not need power, but will stop working if there is an active solarflare/EMI-Dynamo.

Mainly because I don't want them to just be better vanilla weapons.
But balance is a thing that depends a lot on the person you're talking to.
Feel free to tell what balance whould be in your opinion (in the pinned feedback discussion please).
I wouldn't mind adding a "buffed up weapons" options to the settings.
There is no inbuild support for Combat Extended in this mod.
