Well it is in the mod folder where all Workshop stuff lands into after subbing.
Currently removed the whole folder, checking for integrity and now the game is downloading back all the mods. Maybe now it will work fine.
If not, then maybe if I unsub and resub back it will fix it...maybe.
OK, I give up. I turned off all my mods I had subbed. I left this mod and TK Extended on (along with the intro disabling mod)...and nothing. It's still 6 slots in those cities for TKs.
I literally don't understand. Maybe I should check the integrity of the game and before that remove and re-download all the mods.
Hi there. I don't know what's happening anymore. I even turned off the other slot extension mods and here I am. Still with 6 slots. Maybe another mod is interfering...dunno. Dunno anymore.
Will have to turn off all my mods to check out what the hell is happening.

in last picture OVN araby has custom settlement key and it does not get 8 slots, but the 3 cities you mentioned - certainly do and you can see the custom pyramid icon by the cities as i have the TKE enabled

As in he added the Deep Mechanic from the Dwarfs and turned into a Pyramid mechanic.
The moment you build the pyramid, it opens a Deep-like mechanic for it.
The reason it works fine with large settlements is because the mechanic itself was made with province capitals instead of smaller settlements. And Zandri, Baghar and Quatar have pyramids there.
