Anyone having problems, do keep this in mind, and check for any mods that may add a lot of items too. I myself got this to work by doing a thorough mod cleanup, getting rid of mods that added stuff I did not need (like tiles mods for maps I did not use) and mods that also added a lot of items (like this one add-on for TrueMusic that adds over 2000 tracks, or some of the vehicle mods like for example KI5's vehicle collection where each vehicle may have multiple new items). You can see what mods (modID) are adding the most items in the file "WorldDictionaryLog.lua", located in your save's folder at "%USERNAME%\Zomboid\Saves\Sandbox\"
I may need to actually make a new save with just this mod and then slowly load the rest (I am getting some flash backs to Skyrim
Wish I could help out more than just doing all this pointing out stuff, but combing out through my literal hundreds of mods with no lead to where the issue may be, because the game's logs are useless, would take days
I have a ton of mods but I was still able to play with this no problem (specially after getting rid of Hydrocraft), so I'd believe the latest changes must have pushed the item limit (or something else, because I found out in my case that that item limit world dictionary error thing does not usually mean there are too many things but maybe items with wrong or overlapping ID's) so now I cannot make a new game either if I have PokeApocalypse.
Hopefully this gets fixed, because the latest changes sound neat
- My last test was, playing only with Poke and Hydrocraft, and it worked very well!!!!.
So far my conclusions may be that the comment where it says that the game has a limit of 10,000 objects may be true.
The Poke works very well even with quite a few mods that don't add too many things to the game.

t says in the log that you reached the maximum item limit in the World dictionary, the limit is like 10000 items, which means you must have either an unhealthy amount of mods, or you have mods that somehow generate unique items (for example the old transmog mod version), do you have such a mod?
It would be best to remove it and likely reset the World Dictionary as you have already done. Do this while having a backup of the save of course.
So as I understand, the number of items is limited to 10.000, independently of the ram or pc specs
So far the tests I've done are:
-Playing the Poke MOD with my mods that were already installed, before the update everything worked fine, after this update I get the same error as everyone else.
- Playing the Poke MOD WITHOUT Mods, the mod and the game work perfectly.
- I played Project Zomboid with all the MODs and without Poke, everything works very well.
*I increased the RAM of Project Zomboid, according to the image you shared and I really appreciate it, minimum 6GB maximum 16GB, my computer has 24 GB of RAM
- I tried to play it with all the MODS and it didn't work, the same error keeps appearing, and the game consumes a maximum of 10 GB of RAM, so it still has a lot of RAM to use
- Now, I removed 1 MOD that adds a lot of things to the game called Hydrocraft, when I removed that MOD and played with all my other MODS and with Poke, the game runs very well.

Basically it says we are sorry an unexpected error happened. Press ESC or left mouse button to exit. The next file may contain info about the error and then it sends me to the console.txt.
I dont know much about programming and mods, so I dont know what the text on the txt means : s
Where can I find those recipes that use rare candies/how do I use rare candies. Maybe I'm missing a magazine, I did try spawning some in but I still don't see how to evolve. Thanks again, me and my friends really love the mod.

I do need to say I love the use of vannial items. It give them more use then normal.
Also one more thing is it possibel to make that wehn you mini evol your pokemon that the carrying capacity is still the same like befohr mine evolving. I know it's sounds wired but I think it would better since then they have actule use! More then just a decoration.

@AndrewG1320 They should spawn in unseen areas. Most of the items you mentioned can be found on zombie corpse loot
