should make wood elf outposts upgradable for example
bonus : the white lion chrace wouldn't had any problem to go in an elven collonie, they are hunter first, body gard of the phenix kind after (and a small group of them at that), they worship kurnous over all other, and so his avatar orion, at a points when orion came in ulthuan to take revenge on the prince that killed Allisara (the mortal sister of ariel) they didn't fight and let orion kill them, so orion faction or his army could get bonus for the white lion
also, in term of lore the 3 last one could cause some problem, i will separate them to easier reading
the swordmasterswould be present for they are the equivalent of inquisitor in high elf culture but because of their job they wouldn't normally work for any slannesh faction (tough they aren't said to be incorrutible unlike other on the list)
the phenix garde, well garde the temple of azurian, the big one where malekith has burned so they are near no chance of one being in an elven collonie, but maybe for dark elf, if we follow endtime lore that say malekith was a phenix king so some could join him and other dark elf, but they wouldn't serve chaos aligned faction (exempted morathi because technically on her son side first) and they cannot be corrupted, also they have seen their futur and how they could die and we have no exemple of one trying to avoid their death
Drycha style effects would also make sense, or possibly army boosts for enslaved High Elves dying?
I would think Dark Elves would send the High elves STRAIGHT into slave camps at the least, or line them immediately up for sacrifice. Though it's essentially the same thing mechanically in game though
