That's a great idea! Sure, there are other mods that do it, but why download more mods when everything could be in one place? This way I can just configure the game the way I want it.

@Maca Neasi, No worries~! The devs changed how mod order loading works a while ago now so all mods have to be below core now~ XD
Hope ya enjoy it~! I'm considering about adding a couple more difficulties so each difficulty can have different mining yields.

Wut ye think? Technically a mod already exists that does this ofcourse.

@Maca Neasi, I'm not sure wut I could add to it atm. Plus there's the terrain update in the works right now and once that update drops, a lot of world mods (including mine) will break.

@Darth Batman, The devs have changed how modload order works now. All mods gotta be below "Core" now to work. That should fix your issues ;)

Have they changed the values of Mars and Europa? Recently a Dust Storm, the temp etc?

Funny, I don't have Vanilla Mars. The one I have is with the storm, temperature values are different and the sun and night times are different (so my Mars IC doesn't work anymore). Europe is no longer vanilla for me either!

@WoBra, as far as I know, I've never touched the default mars world. I only inject start conditions into it. The only edited version of mars in the pack is the storm version.

Depending on the difficulty you choose, the portable tanks do take damage during storms if the room they're in is still technically classed as part of the world. You can check by using the atmos cartridge in the tablet and see if it says "Room" or "World" at the top.

If you review the mod files and go to the world settings folder and open Sol.xml, you'll see there's no mention of overriding mars at all except the storm version. If you check the start conditions folder and file, you'll see that some start conditions have world injection.

If I had to guess... maybe it's a game bug or something? I've not noticed anything out of the ordinary on my end.

a question: I play on Mars and actually wanted to play the normal Mars as it is in the game with the modpack. But Mars is completely different! The tanks except water just exploded even though they were in the locked room (during the storm). How do I play the Cosum Mars? The one that is actually in the game!

You can make some of them, yes. However, it's pretty slow so it's better to use a furnace anyway.
Easy route, but more time consuming. I might balance it out more by doubling the required resources in the lathe.

I Was quite sad that my resources was running low, then get to mining and got like 2gold, was like "wtf happened with my gold?". Now it is much better

The reason why it has that block space character is the ID used is also used as the name shown in the menu. There's no tag that allows for proper naming atm. I've also pushed the higher yields for stationeer and normal difficulty. If you're in the Stationeers discord, we can talk more about it there and I'd see what's wrong better~

Also, I would suggest, just use normal string, maybe _ instead of Space and :
Nekoputer: High Yields > Nekuputer_High_Yields
so it won't break beacuse silly space and char encoding

I mean, I wouldn't mind a lower yield compared to before, which was quite crazy, but it is just seems like vanilla now, which is kind of pointless

Just started with Stationeers difficulty, so I guess it stays at the same after the mod update.
"DifficultySetting" id to "Nekoputer: High Yields".
Would this keep same drinking, eating + no eating with helmet close from stationeers difficulty?

Are you using one of the vanilla difficulties or the newer "High Yield" difficulty? I've made some changes to the yield multiplier in the difficulty setting instead of changing default mining values as those won't always be custom world compatible.

Meh..... playing at stationeers now have such a low yield. I knew it would drop, was quite insane but now it is to low hahhahah

If I want to increase it again, I guess I subscribe to another mod and place it on top of this one?

Hey R01D, I've found a workaround for the serialization issue. Refer to change note version 2.3.2. Had to do a bit of Googling to figure this one out with some trial & errors. I don't know if the console would play ball with it, but editing the XML file directly should be fine.

Hello, I've been playing the pack today and it's been a blast except for an issue I'm having with the difficulty ID for increased ore yields. I've found that when attempting to save the world the console returns an error specifying that "Nekoputer: High Yields" is an invalid serialized ID. I was able to correct the issue by renaming the difficulty ID to "Nekoputer_High_Yields" in both the Difficulties.xml file from the mod folder and the world.xml file from the save game folder.

Additionally, if you've created a new world using the custom difficulty like I did, you will have to change the difficulty with a console command (I used "difficulty creative") or the game will not create any save data. Once I changed the difficulty and was able to save my game I could use the solution I found above.

Other than this the mod has been working wonderfully so great work and thanks.

New update just dropped. The older method of increasing mining yields has been dropped in favor of making a new difficulty for it instead. This should prove more beneficial to yourselves and other world makers as all this does is increase the mining yield multiplier so no need to edit more world settings for higher yields.

Edit "DifficultySetting" ID to "Nekoputer: High Yields" within "world.xml" in your save files to take advantage of the change or create a new world and select the difficulty from the menu.

Since this aggregate some mods like, bigger stack, would it be possible to increase the chute stack size? So we can carry more then 10 at the time? like 50 or 100 xD

Ye shouldn't need bepin for the modpack. I'd recommend creating a world first in single player and then upload that save to the server. It's the only I figured out sadly

Hello and thank you for your response, I am under AMP Panel Server, and I have not managed to find how to choose a starting planet, however your mod works that the stacks, but not yet for the starting conditions.

I would be interested in installing bepin, would you be able to tell me how to do this?

Be sure to setup your modsetting.xml in the server root directory to point to wherever the modpack is. ;)

Hewwooo, the pack should work fine on dedicated servers. I run it myself on my own community server atm. Although mine is modded with bepin aswell for some plugins.

If you wanna start a new world from the pack, it'll be the following:

Linux: ./rocketstation_DedicatedServer.x86_64 -nographics -loadlatest "Your Save Name" "WorldType" -logFile "log.txt" -settingspath "settings.xml" -difficulty "Easy"

Windows: rocketstation_DedicatedServer.exe -nographics -loadlatest "Your Save Name" "WorldType" -logFile "log.txt" -settingspath "settings.xml" -difficulty "Easy"

On a personal note, I'd recommend create the initial save in singleplayer and then upload the world save to the server if you wish to use custom starting conditions. I've not been able to setup a world with custom start conditions on a server successfully. You might have better luck though~

Fixed. Just backgrounds were borked. Gameplay should still be fine.
