@Pietrooperv the tech frame mod edits the image itself so this mod will have conflict with that. This mod replaces a lot of assets with higher quality ones. So you will have to pick.

Will this mod work with a tech tier frame mod? Do those mods internally replace the tech images with a new one who's only difference is a colored frame, or do they add the colored frame to whatever image is already there?

@Rohzdear That is not an incompatibility issue, this mod includes a border reshade to have border be a solid color. Immersive Beautiful Universe just changes the textures of the galaxy which may make thing brighter as a result.

This has a big incompatibility issue with ! Immersive Beautiful Universe ! mod, where if 'Console Edition HD Art' is loaded after it the borders of empires will be so brightly lit with bloom and lens flare they can be seen from the next galaxy over.

Quick hotfix - fixed an issue related to the Deep Space citadel causing a crash on selection, please unsubscribe and re subscribe to force the update with the hotfix to go through.

Thank ya, yeah I have not seen this on my end. The section you showed is only from the Room selection for AI when the AI rolls for its personality type at game start, which in it self shouldn't be a problem. 4.0 might have changed something on the back-end and Ill have to look to see what it did. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I'll look into it further when I get a chance.

Have you checked the log in your install?
I have these errors:

and that file is modified by your mod.

@Overlord I don't see how it can, this mod is mostly a texture replacer with the only scripts modifying the UI to use the larger assets.

@TrueRebel Anytime, I am always trying to find ways to improve this mod and it compatibility.

I will suggest one thing if you going to follow what I said. Use the Bigger Megastructures V2 mod, and have it load after any UI mods or at the bottom of the load order. The reason why is that if your Using UIOD or any other mod like giga structures, the UI will display the assets incorrectly because Console Edition mod's assets are larger and those mods are using base asset sizes instead of the 128 x128 which will cause visual bugs.

@nyyfandan There is a bunch of answers to that question. But overall it comes with an art pass phase of content updates and Paradox likes to only focus on the updates' focus.

@TrueRebel In case you want to remove the border color changes, You can delete the Border.sahder file in the gfx\FX folder directory of the mod.

If you want to use the assets without the patch and have UIOD as Primary do not use the patch and have Console Edition Art loaded before UIOD. That way UIOD scripts and files will override the the ones included in this mod.

Please note, Console Edition Art Mod does alter GUI elements to force the game to take advantage of the larger scale assets from the Console Edition of the game. If there is a mod that alters anything gui related to the Technology screen, Origin Selection Screen/Empire creation screen, or Mega-structure build menu, there will conflict as those are the only GUI files that this mod modifies.

@TrueRebel What is your load order?

Second I modified the empire border color display in the shader file to be more solid color of the Primary color whatever is selected to appear more like how empires were originally displayed before Apocalypse expansion changed display borders. If you have a mod that lets you have a lot more colors they will use that color.

For UIOD, there is a compatible patch if you want to see larger assets. May have some issues with display other then 1080P

First and foremost, this mod is amazing and enjoyed it very much. I like to report an issue that I've been having with the galaxy map. Empires color are overly bright and saturated whenever I have this enabled. Also, I believe this conflicts with UI Overhaul Dynamic and gui mods in general because ui elements were out of place.

@Pitlos Tails if you don't want UI scale to be altered to accommodate the UIOD, don't use the patch just use this mod and the UIOD mod.

@..cz to my knowledge this dosent need a compatibility patch for this is mostly an HD asset mod. The only compatibility patch currently allows people who use UIOD to see larger assets when using UIOD.

There was minor update to Stellaris with v3.14.159265 which added the Season 09 Stargazer portrait, It does not change anything else thus this mod will work on that version number. I am currently working on an a major update to mod to bring over more material and a proper compatibility patch to work with UIOD.
