I am currently working on a moderate update for some assets for the machine age (fallen Empire buildings images) and bioship components from Biogensis.
-Border reshade has been redone for more better visual clarity if the mod is used with other mods.
-Fixed an issue related to the megastructures menu
I have these errors:

and that file is modified by your mod.
Mod as been updated to 4.0
Added several fixes
Added new tile to replace the unyielding tradition tree background with better art from console.
Added support for the new Origins.
I will suggest one thing if you going to follow what I said. Use the Bigger Megastructures V2 mod, and have it load after any UI mods or at the bottom of the load order. The reason why is that if your Using UIOD or any other mod like giga structures, the UI will display the assets incorrectly because Console Edition mod's assets are larger and those mods are using base asset sizes instead of the 128 x128 which will cause visual bugs.

Please note, Console Edition Art Mod does alter GUI elements to force the game to take advantage of the larger scale assets from the Console Edition of the game. If there is a mod that alters anything gui related to the Technology screen, Origin Selection Screen/Empire creation screen, or Mega-structure build menu, there will conflict as those are the only GUI files that this mod modifies.
Second I modified the empire border color display in the shader file to be more solid color of the Primary color whatever is selected to appear more like how empires were originally displayed before Apocalypse expansion changed display borders. If you have a mod that lets you have a lot more colors they will use that color.
For UIOD, there is a compatible patch if you want to see larger assets. May have some issues with display other then 1080P

After I finish the Speices Traits / modifiers I will be working on the Civic Icons, afterwards I will be updating the planet outliner to use the recently updated console outliner.

-Downsized the Megastructures technology Icons so that they would work with the current build menu. Looking for a way to allow higher resolution to appear in the menu. The older high resolution Icons have been moved to a folder for later use if a workaround has been found.
-Added HD art to Dyson Swarm, Arc Furnace, and Integrated cybernetics technologies.
20 technology icons have been added with more on the way along side trait icons.
Added icon of Grand Archive to be more inline with the other megastructure icons
Added couple of decision icons. (fun fact penal colony icon decision icon was few pixels smaller then all the other icons)
Added missing Battle Thrall District Icon
Currently working on the following

Resource icons
Traits both leader and species (will wait for pop rework)
