figured it's easy enough to find the resource text file containing infected names

I'd be incredibly shocked if an add-on was released that replaces the tanks grunt and sounds into all 4 of their voices combined. They'd probably scream in unison when they are killed, and spout lines of anger and hatred for being abandoned.
