Having the same issue as Silver Smurfer - Plants and even their associated drinks are around, but I can't seem to find the workshop

The workshop and reactions don't show up for me, the new plants do spawn though. Anyone else having the same problem?

Very cool mod. I'm trying to coat all ammunition with poison. Dorf! Grab some ammo!
BTW Corpse bloom appears to paralyze like Cave nightshade rather than causing unconsciousness. I'm reporting this just in case.

From the latest DFHack release:
- add-spatter: fix a crash related to unloading a savegame with add-spatter reactions, then loading a second savegame with add-spatter reactions

So our report was processed and fixed, no more crashes on exiting to menu, InFeaRnO :)

I really love this mod, it gives me a rimworld vibe, which i adore. Maybe you can make a mod that adds more hospital interaction? I really loved the surgeries in rimworld, be it for torturing slaves, or for helping out a pawn with an infection. I have one question, do i need to create a new world in order to use it?

I do confirm that this was not an issue on older version of DFHack, at least according to my memory.

This mod cannot cause crashes per se, as it adds plants and reactions in a vanilla way.

All the magic is done using DFHack and add-splatter plugin.

However I do confirm that just trying to "save and quit to title" with the mod loaded immediately closes the game for me, so there is indeed some problem. The save is successful but the game closes.


Most likely it's their plugin master crashing with any mod that trying to go to menu while a plugin is loaded. I will report it.

Please check if this mod can cause crash when you load game - exit to title and load game again with new DFHack version. If it's not you - then I'll post issue to their github

Alcohol has [SYN_INJECTED], so it would be cool to see booze blades.

I'm also not too advanced with raw editing, but would a reaction targeting a [LIQUID_MISC] reagent with the modifier [NOT_CONTAIN_BARREL_ITEM] work for procedurally generated creature extract barrels? (even if it may just be able to add water splatter as well)

Do you mean in mod description? All of vanilla creatures' venoms are listed on wiki (in List of Syndromes table):

1.2 release is up.

Changes:

A) Slither barb now produces "ghoul poison" that rots brain and makes creatures crazed/opposed to life.

B) All 4 new plants can be also brewed into drinks:
- Poisoncap: poisoncap noir
- Death lily: coffin malt
- Cave nightshade: dark nectar
- Corpse bloom: sanguis wine

C) Workshop now shows 4 categories instead of all reacions together, for better interfacing.

D) All vanilla creature venoms (that you can normally get in caravans) are now also used for poisoning.

I initially released it with 3 (then added 4th) poison just to let people have fun with poisons.

For the next slower but bigger release I plan to:
- Introduce reactions to use all vanilla poisons (you can get giant cave spider poison from caravans).
- Add more plants with other functions, such as making them crazed, in pain and even transform into sheep.
- Add functions to existing poison plants besides poisons: drinks, dye etc.

I am open to suggestions if you are looking for a specific kind of poison.

I remember Dark ages from the past, it was/is an awesome mod. If it doesnt remove vanilla raws or change vanilla dwarven entity name from MOUNTAIN to something else, it will work.

If not, let me know, I will make a patch.

Update 1.1
- Bugfix: plant graphics by mistake used vanilla tile file, now they show custom graphics.
- Addon: Corpse bloom, a new poisonous plant
