Maybe this is purely intended to not touch that origin, if so could i request you touch that origin and make it usable, one of my favourite origins and sadly have to disable this mod every time. Other than that never have any issues with this mod and makes Sol so much more flavourable.
Tested with a heavily modded playset and also tested with just Sol 1000, and it definitely doesn't work. Thanks!
Some troubleshooting that may help is making sure once you select the Interplanetary Settlers Origin, you then need to select the sol specific start. Verify your load order. From top to bottom: Real Space and it’s sub mods (if your using it), …, Planetary Diversity and sub mods, …, Sol 1000, Sol 1000 – PD Patch, Sol 1000 RS patch (if you using RS).

Be patient for an update to Stellaris 4.0
This mod SHOULD already be working with Stellaris 4.0 but I will do expedient testing on 05/05/2025 and update when ready.
The Sub Mods will receive an update as their required mods are updated and I have time to effectuate changes.
In order to support more mod list scenarios, I’ve changed the Real Space Patch to just support the base Real Space mod and have added a new patch mod for Real Space System Scale.
For the base mod, there are no visible changes, but the mod should be easier to update and adjust values for the future.
I fixed a small version error for the Planetary Diversity patch for this mod.
I adjusted the orbits of the planets in the Real Space patch to make the inner solar system feel larger and widened the orbits of moons to avoid large megastructures overlapping.
Your changes to the sol system are not entered in the sol_initializers under the entry com_sol_system. This leads to the vanilla sol system being used when the Commonwealth of Men is played by a human player.
