@Lakhdun they were made to be relatively cheap for their size, and for balance I decided not to make them airtight. They're also rather heavy...
If I revisit this at some point I might end up making some airtight options too, but lately I haven't had much time for it.

First of all: awesome mod, but is it intentional that they are not airtight? It severely limits their usefulness inside pressurized bases. I understand this was not the main goal of this mod, but they seemed perfect to mark some parking spots and storage areas inside my base and the blocks not being airtight made it impossible. If this really was just an oversight, would you consider changing it?

Are the larger road sections no longer a thing on this version? Would be kind of sad since they were the main reason for having it.

that's good to hear then!

Thanks for your feedback but it's okay I think I found the incompatible mod in an old mod for bloc edege removing. And thanks for your work.

@TheBiomann06 I haven't seen this issue before. The mod was made with DX12 in mind, and the texture itself is a recently made update from the one I made for the previous mod, it should be compatible with DX12... Still, maybe I've missed something idk. I'll try and look into it after this next update, but if anyone else is having this issue I'd really like to know.

hi, I have a texture problem with this mod (and other older ones) where the blocks are functional and colorable (for the stripes) but all black for the texture color (even if the texture is there). I am on DX12. Is this a known problem? Is there a solution please?

Need them for a bridge I'm working on

Neat

@Dragon Fire 813 I'll be adding some with the next update actually.
Dragon Fire 813 12 Aug, 2024 @ 10:02pm
Is adding slopes with lines on the soon-ish list?
Archon  [author] 6 Aug, 2024 @ 9:41pm
Annoyingly, Keen added a very nice and useful feature that snaps grids together when placed close enough to each other that really limits this mod. My initial plan was to let people just make road segments close enough to each other to drive over the gap but be separate grids, now that is extremely difficult to pull off...

I've been taking a short break from updating this while my play group give it a playtest. I think I'll be coming back through and adding some really needed stuff soon...

THANK YOU! I WAS HOPING SOMEONE WOULD MAKE A MOD LIKE THIS!!

Can you post a video panning across each separate tile, so folks can easily see what is available?
Archon  [author] 17 Jul, 2024 @ 1:24am
I found and fixed what I think was causing the issue. Let me know if you get any other errors.
Archon  [author] 17 Jul, 2024 @ 1:02am
@xXdolceXx Thanks, I'll look into it right now. Any info on what you were doing at the time and a log file would be helpful if you have the time. I'll open a discussion for future bug reports too, since I'll be updating this mod occasionally.

Iv had this idea for so long with a world where if i got multiple bases i'd just build a road to them for easy travel
huesaturation 3 Jul, 2024 @ 3:21pm
This should go into DLC.
Arock 3 Jul, 2024 @ 2:22pm
+1 for gravel usage
Vanile 3 Jul, 2024 @ 7:36am
@nickforgie girder as in the component
nickforgie 3 Jul, 2024 @ 4:31am
May I ask what you meant by girder? If it means the block, that was a dumb move.
Archon  [author] 2 Jul, 2024 @ 10:30pm
@XaonGames420 its something I considered back when I made MR1 as well. It wouldn't be as simple for me to get working, but I think if it's possible then that's what I'll end up doing.

For now though I'm still gonna be focused on adding many new blocks. I want it to be easier to work with than MR1 and I've been getting a lot of good feedback on that lately.
Thedarkpickle 2 Jul, 2024 @ 3:06pm
found the answer, I'm just dumb
Thedarkpickle 2 Jul, 2024 @ 3:04pm
I don't see a girder anywhere, is it a block or am I just dumb?
XaonGames420 2 Jul, 2024 @ 1:02pm
speaking from someone who used the hell out of MR1, Static grids would be better, tbf im not sure how SE manages grids internally, but if i possible would like a chat command that forces ALL roads to be static no matter what if toggle to true, if its false then we can place it as a non-static grid. My temp solution was Lowering the Visual distance for MR1 and making the grids static, this allowed me to place 29km of road overall with little hitches here and there
