Because traits can't be copied, it's difficult to get good traits for pawns.
If a pawn is alive and has good traits, I'll consider recruiting it directly.

I made changes in the mod for personal use, one of them is dialog window when you can choose what trait to extract. If you interested I can send you code.

But wait... What do you mean by "ALMOST all" of your mods?
I looked into C:\Users\user\AppData\LocalLow\Ludeon Studios\RimWorld by Ludeon Studios\Config and C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RimWorld\Mods, no luck.

As for stacking, if you mean injectors, they don't stack in vanilla. Their stack limit is 1. If they stack for you then you have a mod that modifies stack limits of things.
If you have a genie with the "Tough" trait, then you can continually extract the tough trait over and over again without the genie losing it.
My genie has Kind, Night Owl, Tough (greyed out) and the two default xenogenes: wimp and delicate.
I wanted to get to the juicy (greyed out) Tough trait, so I attempted to extract the Kind and Night Owl traits first, as they were first and second in order, respectively; then I noticed that the genie hadn't lost those traits and I had two "Tough" traits extracted. I did it a third time then stopped.
So, to summarise, the genie hasn't lost any traits and I have 3 tough traits injectors.

The limite of traits in the defs files is 5. So I changed it to 50. >:)
