Is there anyway to disable the walk ( weapon low ) animation, the way they walk is just, weird.

Im not sure how to make it compatible tbh, id like it to be but my knowledge for this whole animation config is already very limited >_>

Absolutely brilliant. Finally an animation mod that actually makes Arma feel less dated.

Please make this compatible with Webknight's melee. I notice it's been a bit buggy while using this mod. Also the default stance of the swordsman is the one handed pistol hold. HOWEVER, please retain that animation. I love it. It's perfect.

Seems there is 2 bugs:
1 Holding pistol in crouch, then when you want to go prone (press Z key), your character will stand up first, then immediately transit to prone, very wired.
2 When switching from rifle to pistol, the speed is too fast, rifle will immediately be on the right shoulder.

Ive used it with ace, so far no issues; though ive heard others saying it messed certain anims but im not sure which

Some collected feedback from using it during a training event
- "Ducked movement looks too stuff like your character is dragging your right leg with him as if it was stiff"
- "Overall the holding of the weapons seems to be an improvement but the ergonomics and general ability to actually throw your body around feels delayed"
- "The animations are not smooth and look stuttery. Kneeling down speed is incredibly accelerated. Besides the kneel anim, the animations look off (rifle stock in armpit, jumps in animation transitions, even with lowered weapon the barrel points at the next persons face, the carrying style looks too american)"
- Shoulder/Weapon 'snaps' into place when character goes from prone to crouching

will try to find a way to reduce it sometime in the future but for now reducing it in the game option seems to be the best solution

Gotcha, other than the head bobbing the animations look great! Tried it in my unit we all liked the animations a lot.

You can reduce it in game settings (head bob slider) but ill also try to find a way to reduce it in the animation since its pretty unintentionally excessive compared to vanilli on sprint

Just got back from work and checked it out sense you updated it. Looks great (I can tell its still slightly tweaked from the original). I'm pleased with it and think its a good middle ground. I will keep enjoying your mods as long as you keep making them (Even long after you stop mod making)! :steamhappy:

same i also liked it a lot but some guns just had diffrent positions and shit so the stock clipped through

i remember first noticing it on the BAR from SPE i saw it on some other weapons too but i forgot which at this point

Kinda bummed, you changed the crouched aim animation. It was my favorite animation in the mod, looked very cinematic. I never noticed any facial clipping. Now all the AI look like they are shooting from the hip and not taking aim. Would love to see it brought back. P.S. Great work on every mod you have made, they have added many more enjoyable hours to arma for me.

Then I dont know what problem is :( To summarize, what I perceived is some kind of slight "moonwalk" effect. Sometime too slow, some time too fast compared to actual space covered

im not sure about the whole matching speed stuff since i sort of match them with vanilla ones even tried matching it frame by frame, so im not sure if i can do anytihng of that

About Standindg stances, unless specified, I'm talking about legs movement.

Alright, I've actually tried it few minutes ago. That's my feedback (provided you actually need of it).

Standing stance:
Lowered weap walk - need to make less accentuated the animation to match actual speed of walk.
Lowered weap light run - anims is good but needs to be accelerated, just a little bit, to match speed.
Lowered weap sprint - needs a bit of more arms sway (as we said yesterday).
Idle animation - Needs to be accellerated.

Crounch stance:
Lowered/rised weap walk - arms are good \ legs should accelerate a little bit more.
Lowered/rised weap sprint - Legs should slow down (a very little) \ arms sway more.

All Idle Stances:
Right now they play very, very, very slow.

agree yea, i tried that initially but the whole thing end up looking even more jagged somehow, ill play around with stuff more to find out how to smoothen things and make stuff look more natural
