I was going to but I haven't played this game in months while such overhaul, to be proper, requires at least a year of work (considering my freetime and other mods).
Dont know if Ive asked this before but have you thought about making a battle overhaul kam2150? I really long for a slower battle DEI-like mod where missiles arent like super deadly for example.

Base game is exactly like that, as devs did not apply more any color variety. All items are set to default faction color scheme.
Im of the opposite opinion. I would like rhere to be no uniform colors at all

are there any mods that can help with like the uniforms matching the faction colors? or setting, its like, every unit at least in aegean has same uniform colors and it makes battles confusing when looking at them close

I don't see any issues with them so could be that generals mod.

If you can, please disable it, check unit again and let me know if that was the case.

I believe I found a bug/missing asset for the SILUHLU SWORDS of Babylon. Basically it's just a naked guy with a weapon. Upon reading the other comments tho, it might be related to the extra general variants mod?

It doesn't unfortunately, which is weird. The only thing that does is deleting the offending textures from the extra general variants mod.

Just thought I'd chime in and mention that there is a slight conflict with the extra general variant mod that causes some greek apron armors to look like this https://i.imgur.com/zJBd7gR.jpeg , with the culprit in this case being the "troy_ach_armor_myc" texture.
At a glance it looks like this occurs because this mod replaces the vanilla texture with a different texture set meant for another model, at least when doing comparisons with RPFM.

Not a huge deal, but thought it might be of use to someone facing the same issue.

Checked it, these guys have slings as ranged weapon, and CA did not give visible slings to units, even if they are assigned, when unit is idle.
When you switch them to melee mode, they will equip their swords.

KNOCK KNOCK IT'S ME, Big BIRB, I will probably make something for "Legendary" generals to change equipment visually based on their items. I already had it working for some guys on base Troy but never released. So for example Iolaos does changes to scale armor if you equip him with heavier armor. Same with Irsu, once he gets his 100 armor rating gear, we will be using full set of heavy scale.
Yeah thats a great mod. Though some of the achean outfits and helmets it adds arent for me

In terms of stats, work on the mod involved changing apperance of 836 units, which took 149.5 hours of work in total (not including research and testing).

Maybe its because of Cohortroy unit pack mod or extra generals variant mod,no others from category of units I am using.

Its for the small shield entry so for now it has to stay. Otherwise unit visuals would nor represent unit stats well. Some cultures have better small shields than Achaeans but in there case there isn't much that will fit.

Btw, something is not right with your models, that armor of the guys in the middle does not look like one I use.
