the description for GVS carriages is now finished, you guys can now have a look at the specs and instructions of them

@MAX_131 R and L means Right or Left side of the passenger carriage relating to the direction of your master locomotive is facing at, you press R means it will open the doors at the right side, so as the L, it will open the left side, numbers slider from 1 to 6,7 etc... is range of the carriage you want to open the door depend on how many of it you carry, for the middle "open" button well... i don't see anything work on it but its just there, its a modified TCP passenger mc from Sharp tho

What is the function of the open on the tcp door screen? When i select R or L, the door will automatically open.

@cchewy ohh right the parking brakes, during the rework phase it use to have that when testing with tcp mc, it quite hard for me to understand how to node their composite without conflicting with its others function of the same channel at first, so i ditch it 😅, now i know how to let me add that function again, i'll update it again as soon as its done

also there is overhead control in which to engage electrical feed to the main traction motors, MU motor and railcars electrical feed that you should be aware of

@liasluca well i've planned the release of new ones and update on 26 of July, marking 1 year of its release, it takes a long time to carefully modify and test the whole sets to make sure everything works fine, the progress of entire thing is almost complete, this will be a major update for its 1 year birthday anniversary, so be prepare for that day to come! :)

@lfcrulz16 sure you can use my train's dashboard mc for your train, i appreciate when people interest on my train's system and design, i have thought of sharing my HSEL's engine, its main heart beat that i create to everyone who have interest on it and to install on marine vessels or other applications in its 1 year anniversary update next month, it is going to be a major update on entire branch and 2 new sets of cars, alliance with SRC's TCP system, with some design change, overall improvement on performance and efficiency, its max speed increases, lighter and cheaper than its current state in workshop as its now

locomotive max speed would get reduced back down from 470 to 460 km/h due to integration of TCP drivetrain, some other changes also comes a long like the removal of wireless
locomotive to locomotive control, to ground connected control (via coupling) in order to meet the standard, as long as there is composite passing through couplers

@DuskieS4 atm i have new carriage setups in line waiting to be release, it'll probably take around 1 or 2 months (1 year annivesary of hsel realease) cus rn the entire train set is under redevelop with SRC's TCP system, it'll also need to get tested by their staffs

following that once the current HSEL's loco and carriage is complete the modification, a new sets of up coming carriages will promise to bring your ground vehicles beyond not just one, but every islands that has rail connection, as long as your ground vehicle fits within the trains boundary box

Plus i'd like to announce that i'll integrate TCP system onto to main unit and other railcars come along, adjustable coupling will phase out and replace with ergonomic and reliable rigid coupling as SRC standard in order to adapt it, no worries tho there will still a bottom level connector for the trains that are lower than SRC, it'll take a long time to implement and modify the whole models without compromise on what it has right now

hopefully you'll get the new monitor soon, i'm definitely need a stationary custom pc in near future when i have salary from my career job after college, since i'm only use a workstation laptop for work and gaming which can handle decent heavy graphics and basic 3d rendering but not in extreme, it went break down a lot too 😂

@ieatdonutsfordinnerrr for your case of track switching, i've encounter the same problem before, its because sometimes the button it self glitched to double tap under milliseconds without notice, and the result my train split from 1 to 2 track lanes, those cases are rarely happen depends on your input sensitivity etc..

@Fish She/Her : the VCS is a safety features that purposely alert drivers all the time, if there is no response after amount of time given, it'll apply emergency brakes until you reset it, you could either arm it or disable the safety system as you prefer

@epicsandwich777 the train by default it does not apply brakes, there is a breaker that feeds electric to traction motors above your head which is off by default, by turning that on you'll be able to move

@myleslucas99 thanks for your appreciation, i'm glad you enjoy it :D! sure you can couple more than one car, this unit can pull 1000 tons of rail cars weight at max speed of 17km/h, you can imagine how many rail cars combine depending on their weight to weight as much as 100 ton rail cars each.

@myleslucas99 to attach the rail cars with either low or high coupling position, there is buttons that you can adjust its height in the cockpit, you'll need start up the system first and then enable rear coupling camera so you can see its coupling position at center, a distance display is also there to notify you how far are you from the rail car behind
