@Ulthar - Yes. This mod has all the files except to enable that species. I did it seperate since I get a lot of subscribers wanting 1 or 2 of the species. Also one is for achievements (swap default portrait to one). The other set non-iron man adds them to humanoids category or to any. @Tilarium - You can use my mods as a template or use this mod as resource to use the assets to create new races.

@Devour While fiddling with files to get some older species sets updated I looked at yours as a guide and realized you are a genius. You're the only one that has figured out that if you make a separate file and use a

"<Species>= {
species_class = <Class>"

That the game injects that new portrait into the species list. This is amazing because it lets people add new portraits without having a separate graphics culture and thus a fall back ship set and city set! Why has no other species maker picked up on this yet?

Easy. Create a mod. Copy that txt file and directories. You only need the folders that lead to that txt file. Put mod below my mods. Phenotypes are in order by number. Find the male/female phenotype in that txt. In that array you'll see 1 - 20 heads. Just remove the head. If its the race, look at phenotype you hate ex 01. Find it in portait groups the 2nd half of that txt file it will match the first wulfian_human01_male01 etc format. You can put #wulfian_human to it or remove the line on each leader below.

@SnowWhiteKite - I took a hiatus break. I left off around 65% completed for the samurai faction. I need to redo the mesh for the helmets to move with the head for the males and add more outfits for the males to be completed.

@regis619 - You need to download one of the playlists either one that replaces the default stellaris portraits or the _non portraits that adds new species to it. Read the Change description on it. @ColRoan - Yes you can do something like that, but that would have to be an event most likely of the commander leveling up set changes the outfit. There might be a way on the portrait side of it to automatically do it, but it'll be a bit tricky to do possibly.

Just a code editing question here. Is it possible to create a system where a commander's attire is based off their level? I've been at it for some time and i've found no success.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated - maybe even the necessary code, if possible.

Nice. That would be interesting to have an East Asian human empire apart from the United Nations of Earth. I imagine them being a megacorp like the Arasaka in cp2077.

No problem. Next reforged humanoids will be Reforged Samurai. Other Reforged Species may see an update as well with more additional portraits/hairs/clothing.

This mod just holds data and creates asset variables/animations. The other species mods adds the portraits to be swapped or a new species gets added to stellaris categories. Depending on what collection mod you subscribe to while having this mod enabled as well.

You can subscribe to this mod and it doesn't break anything. You can subscribe to my Non-ironman species to enable this mod and it won't mess with vanilla. If you want to swap vanilla then use the ironman species collection set.

Wulfian resources gets updated to have all my works combined. Reforged Humanoid is my newest mod. It requires additional mods to flip on which species you like compared to wulfian universe that enables them or wulfian stellaris that uses stellaris category to organize the species.

i am trying to figure out why after the update i have these portraits, as i do not have this mod. It is just chance that i found this while looking for more alian races since several of the ones i had before the update stopped working.

Vampire set will eventually be out this weekend or next tuesday. I'll be adding more outfits for females afterwards as well. I would have been finished by tonight if helene didn't knock my power out on friday morning. Female side completed. I just need to work on male side. For the vampire update: I miss something like a high collar! The outfits look very tame for me. Maybe some red or bordeaux red!?

Then I have equally this problem to not find proper matches.

For my taste some, of my liking, clothing which doesn't have a fitting match:
(These are uniforms, normally the base design model gets an female or male counter part)

Why not creating some phenotypes at your own, as preset -- so it is just text data!? As I looked into it, the first thing I did spliting the colors into violet to purple, blue to turkish, red to orange and green to yellow. With this I cover most separations of national colores, the overall appearance and their depending ambientes. The seed of normal citizens doesn't need to be affected! Alternatively both states, for every primary color one phenotype, and a partial spectrum.

To do a mod ist a little tricky as there aren't for every costume a depending color scheme. I don't know if I am in time and mood for it, and I don't know which is the spiritual, corpo and stuff. So I need to go through the architecture.

You can upload your own factions etc to steam. Just set requirement that they need this mod, like how you add the species you want into your game.

To find out what clothes are what, google getpaint.net download it. It'll change all the DDX files into visible images. Go to my mod Reforged Humanoid > gfx > models > portraits > wulfian_clothes.

@Entity, that is a fair point. I have videos out to show you how to take maybe 5 - 30 minutes of your time to customize it further. You can copy my gfx/portrait/asset_selector folder with all the sub folders, paste it to your (new mod > gfx > portraits > asset_selectors). In asset_selector folder you'll see wulfian_species_sex_clothes_phenotype text files. Find whatever species/sex/phenotype you want to change clothes or if you want them unique in your mod. Just have your mod below my reforged humanoid mod and it'll overwrite my asset_selectors.

I like the style, but I dislike the color variation and clouting amount! I don't like too much deviation of styles and national colores by my Leaders.

Vampires/Goth Humans will be the next species released. Very Pale humans with goth only clothing. I am working on 30 different outfits for each male/female. Black hair only. I will be adding face masks such as masquerades etc as well to either the base or hair setting. This might take me a couple of weeks to finish or however long I can get it released. So far I have got like 26 different clothing for the females and they are looking good. I am not sure how many base/faces i'll change since its very hard to tell the different with the paleness, but at the moment got 10/10 for females.

Each species overrides another race to be capable of ironman. I may at some point remaster some stellaris aliens into one set with multiple phenotypes.

Also this is a resource mod. Those that want only blue and green or red colors can create a mod that changes the asset_selectors of example - wulfian_human01_female_clothes_01. All you'd need is create a mod and copy gfx/portraits/asset_selectors from this mod and change what you do not like. Just have your mod below my resource mod. Just know when this mod gets updated you will not see the new clothing if your mod is on. When new clothing is added it'll go in a pattern example - wulfian_human01_f_base_admiral_01.ddx. This is Admiral in the picture up from above. There are usually _01 to _15 colors. admiral2 will be the next set etc.

i played stellar legion mod but isnt updated for long time now and i like the norse male viking style with female valkarie style maybe is stellar legion a good inspiration for some new species

Horned demons are in the works. I could add tusks to the next phenotype or something to the orcs and possibly war paint as well. Maybe some bone style helmets etc.

The next update will add more outfits that aren't revealing, but I made sure to make the clothes look very tight fitted like spandex material. Maybe this weekend I can get 1 set done that is more revealing, but that probably take me the whole day or two for sure. I updated so you'll see new female clothing for leaders and admirals.
