@Rafa Lorenzo, Thank you for the report. The error comes from the SmartPower code, so it's the one to blame. Could you please share the save file? If you have Github account, you may post it directly into the bug: https://github.com/ihsoft/TimberbornMods/issues/73

Hey ihsoft IDK if its Smart Power or Automation, but one of them is crashing my save at random, its the 3 time now (all the crashes happen mid drawt) https://pastebin.com/a3uwGSqd here is the report maybe it would help (really dont understand all that)

@Firedancer, It's because Steam distribution has two versions inside: for U6 and for U7. For U6 version you still need TAPI.

Updated to the latest U7 changes. Note, that for U7 version, you don't need TimberAPI. If your game crashes, try removing TimberAPI if you have it.

The game does not start with this mod + the required mods (not other mods). It crashes just after the mod selection screen. I use Mac if that is relevant.

@corrpendragon I'm waiting till TimberAPI is compatible. I cannot even start making U7 version without it. The TAPI author said, the realistic ETA is on 2/16

Hello ihsoft, love the premise of the mod, but am running into problems. Managing buildings that use power is working 100%, very nice. Buildings that produce power, not working so well. My one power grid has its batteries completely depleted, but my Large Power Wheels and Generators will not turn back on. They state "Suspended due to excessive supply", despite the grid being several hundred HP under demand. Turing on or off Automation does nothing, pausing and unpausing does nothing, changing battery charge range does nothing. Demolishing and rebuilding each power generation building fixes their issue.

Found the issue, sorry, it was actually another mod. The reason I thought it was this one was because the timing of my config. :) Apologies!

@ToniK, this mod only affects buildings with power. District Center and Water Pump are definetly not affected. Normally, the slots are not get filled if there are not enough population in the district.

Having some issues with Employment. Beavers won't fill slots in unrelated structures even if there's space, such as District Center and Water Pump. Is there a setting I didn't do? Everything's default.

Please add Mod Settings as part of the required items it popped up as an error and took me a bit to figure out exactly what and where the mod i was missing was located

@milidh Thanks. Indeed, there is a conflict with "Enhanced goods UI". However, it cannot be fixed at my side. "Enhanced goods UI" contains its own version of Harmony, which is incompatible with the game's Harmony Mod, which SmartPower depends on. I reported it to the mod's author, but from here it's up to them to have it fixed.

If You're interested those mods are:
Harmony, TimberAPI, TBMPL's No Stumps, No Fog and Better Wind Speed, also Simple Floodgate Triggers, Plank Texture Swap, Ladders, Goods Statistics, Mod Settings and Game Speed Config. Thanks again, looking forward to checking out future updates, idea for the mod is great imo.

I had often experienced crashes since update 6 went live, in various situations.
After new API update it became even more frequent - I would say it's possible that there was mod conflict with one of 12 mods that I run, but after switching all mods individually I am sorry to say, that with all other mods running and without Your mod - all is working fine. It's a shame, since it's really nice concept and great mod overall. Unfortunately I rather have a stable game. So thanks for Your effort and best of luck for the future.

For some reason steam decided today to update from 1.11.0 to 1.11.2 (nice job steam!). After the restart my game crashes... I noticed that TimberApi was also (~1 month) out of date, so I forced that to update. In case anyone else has that happen to them today, try forcing that update.

Very cool mod. Also I just realized the bots charge at 50 hp for several hours! Either very inefficient charging or they are carrying a car's battery.

ok figured it out.

Saw from Author's previous responses about TimberAPI mod but this mod doesn't list that as a requirement, just Harmony.

Installed TimberAPI mod and now it starts up fine.

@r055co When the versions changes, it's OK to see a warning that you don't have the version with what the game was saved. You saved with v1.11.0, and now you have v1.11.2 - now v1.11.0 is "missing". What is the error you get? Consider posting it in the discussions section, there, it's easier to track the replies.

@SFT, the current version is stable. Did you try it? Does it crash?

disregard, it's back working ... I disabled then enabled a couple of times, working. must of been a 1 off.

Anyway awesome mod here, keep up the outstanding job you're doing!

OK what am I missing here? After the update of Smartpower to v1.11.1 loading my save game it complains I'm loading a save game without v1.11.0 and won't work.

Is there a cache or something I need to clear out?

The game is in an experimental stage. It changes and breaks mods. TimberAPI mod also changes and can break other mods. It's a normal situation in our "experimental world". Thank you, folks, for reporting the issues. However, I'd suggest doing it in the discussion tab. There, we can have conversations and get status updates.
