@Oberlutnant you gotta go to the fire control room where a lot of MCs are located, hop´on the helm and press 2. Then the FCS turns on and you can turn your turrets. There is a safe switch where you need to press to allow the turrets to fire. Since they are HACs they are not loaded so you need to press once so they can load. Then you can fire freely

I am aware. They where amazing AA guns. A little bit lackluster as a surface weapon but if I had the option to make Mari have a DP capable Fire Control System I would but I had my limitations, mainly because the FCS is already kinda laggy.

Akizuki's DP main battery is DP in the sense that it can also be pointed at ships, it's primarily an AA weapon
