@Pied Piper, i agree, i think a good chunk of IEE enjoyers play it exclusively instead of immortal empires.

Disliked cus you explicitly decided against IEE support. What soul is modding this game and doesn't have IEE? 10/10 idea, 0/10 implementation. Please reconsider.

This is great thanks for making it. Unfortunately it seems to be a conflict with the mixer mod and the game crashes on loading screen.

Great idea, love to see some more variety in the maps.
Though you might want to throw on Map Replacer Framework as a requirement, it throws a BIG FAT SCRIPT ERROR if you don't have it

I don't know if it works with SFO, in theory in should be compatible but maybe the mods conflict. Only one way to find out mate :-)

Thank you for this, I can't understand why CA would break everything related to the Athel Loren and the Oak of Ages, been broken forever, even the spawn zones for the quest missions there.

Thank you so much for the positive feedback guys! :-) I played a few campaigns as the wood elves and really missed some more variety in my battles.

I really missed that feeling of venturing out in the Immortal Empires and see different locations in my battles.

Hm yea Wood Elve Areas are really bland Siegewise. I wanted to import the Waterfall Palace Map from WH2 but I dont have the files and the creator doesnt answer me. I probably do one at some time. I remember this Map really good and had some fun destroying the big Wood Elf stacks inside in WH2. Good job!

I wonder, what happened to old WH2 maps as I can tell CA has removed ton of them. Are they still in pack files or do they need to be remade for wh3? For Example I used to like minor settlement (unwalled) maps and I believe plenty can be used for field battles (like empire crossroads, the big roundabout that had couple of houses on each side and trees in middle)
If they're still in packfiles that would be awesome

Although Athel Loren is aa Place of Treehumping Pointy Eard Hippies, i have to mention a few Things. The Oak pretty much is a natural Version of the Vortex. It sipher magic energy and is the Home/tome/Bed of Orion and Lilleath. And the Forrest itself is in Fact a Realm of Chaos, a "neutral" one, but a REalm of Chaos, nevertheless. The Vail between the Worlds is thinner, than a Stamp or even less

I will subscribe to this Mod, you never know when my Empire need more Wood to fire the Furnaces and Forges of Nuln. BtW, idk that the Maps are all replaced with shitty ones. On the other Hand, its a modern Game. Devs are used to delete or "simplify" the cool Stuff from former Games. I miss the Mivimovies from TWWH 1, where that Empire Captain walks over the Battlefield and Franz´march through Altdorf.

@ElegantMud: I am sorry mate, this mod only works for vanilla Immortal Empires.

@Masterdelta41: agreed, I am investigating to remove the wood elf siege map from all outposts and restore them to their original settlements. Lorewise it makes no sense that a wood elf faction turns a captured settlement into a forest, they would either raze the settlement or occupy in it's original state to defend the region.

Of course this means that you will have wood elf armies running around in Dark Elf settlement maps but I think the variety will vastly improve the wood elf campaign experience.

I have more ideas for the future :-) I also want to restore the witchwood maps for land battles inside the witchwood region. For some reason battles there use a generic Dark Elf map? like wtf?

I don't understand why so many WH3 maps are not used in Immortal Empires, seems like laziness.

JEEZ @.@ I cannot begin to ramble about how fighting the same siege map over and over again really irks me, and our leafy boi's need some huge love and attention!

I would love to see anything else WElf you have in store tbh!

If I may may, can a few things? This map mainly for un-walled defenses as it says on the tree itself. Or perhaps an MCT option for enabling that feature.
Perhaps adding some towers or points on the map? I assume that's REALLY hard, like making another map essentially though. Which would also be OUTSTANDING!
