yeah it is odd, though I did notice it.
Ask me again in a couple weeks once I have my checklist for 4.1 complete and ready.
I do plan on eventually splitting off some of the ships in the Rebel shipset into a New Republic set (the Nebula and Valiant is already there anyways). But this won't happen for a while.
Nothing I can do about the Juggernaut, the NSC mod basically jams 4 juggernaut models on top of each other so that Juggernauts can have 4 sections instead of 1. Evidently, that also means that lighting on the models will be 4 times brighter. This is a choice the the NSC mod authors made, not me.
BTW, If you really do plan to do a Hutt Cartel and New Republic shipsets, might I recommend you talk to the Thrawn's Revenge mod team for Empire at War? They have plenty of models you can use for both factions.
