@The Bard of Hearts My original balance idea came from the fact that the AI won't be taking over an entire built base and everything that comes along with it. Balance ain't easy.

No integration like that, unfortunately. This mod adds three quests - attack a bandit camp with ally, ambush enemy with ally, attack enemy base with ally.

Will this work with a mod like Vanilla Mechanoids Expanded that has ships land and create new outposts? Can I be given quests to go and knock those over with the help of an ally or similar things?

@lucbism Thats only for when you are allies, for which you have already done them a slough of favors for in the first place. This is a quest, given by a neutral faction, asking for half my colony to by gone for nearly 2 quadrums for 50 silver. not balanced in any light.

@the_bard_of_hearts to be fair your allies don't get anything in return for helping you. it just results in a relations drop. which seems to be what you're experiencing for helping them in return for a measly 50 bucks. So that's way more than what they get when they sacrifice half their colony to deal with some mechanoids. Lol

While I love the concept of this mod. I think something is a little off about the rewards.
I just go offered 50 silver and a single component to travel to an enemy base nearly 12 days away and fight a group of enemies. Btw, I'm fairly late in the game... this just... doesn't seem worth the trouble to leave my base unattended for any number of people for that long just to basically get nothing in return.

Hey so an interesting situation that happened to me yesterday is that if you get something like a quest to raid an enemy outpost from a faction that is still hostile to you, if you raid it and it triggers the extra allies it basically means you have to fight even more enemies than supposed to since the "allies" are from a faction that is hostile and therefore also must be killed to complete the quest, raided an outpost that said contained 1 enemy with 2 pawns and ended up having to fight like 5 extra enemies from the faction that sent me the quest in the first place.

Unsure if it would be possible for you to fix this maybe?
