"v_charger_arms_anims\idle.smd"

// This subtract line is a guess of the animation name and frame index. There is no way to determine which $animation or $sequence and which frame were used, so Crowbar uses the name of the first $sequence. Change as needed.
subtract "idle" 0

Basically, the line "idle_layer.smd" is changed to "idle.smd". You have to remove the "_layer" suffix in all commands that have .smd in them. This includes "deploy_layer.smd" and the "melee_layer.smd", "melee_layer02.smd" and "melee_layer03.smd", which should be changed to "deploy.smd", "melee.smd", "melee02.smd", and "melee03.smd",
In the .qc file for your Charger arms file, these are the following lines
$Sequence "idle_layer" {
"v_charger_arms_anims\idle_layer.smd"
activity "ACT_VM_IDLE_LAYER" 1
delta
fadein 0.2
fadeout 0.2
fps 30
// This subtract line is a guess of the animation name and frame index. There is no way to determine which $animation or $sequence and which frame were used, so Crowbar uses the name of the first $sequence. Change as needed.
subtract "idle" 0
}
Which should be changed to this:
scary as hell
Plus, the Spartan IV's armor has more gaps in it, more space for the flood to actually invade. Spartan IIs are almost entirely protected.
30 damage
I love the logic here
Bill: ye-LOOK OUT
*Francis gets impaled*
Francis: AHH
Louis: LOOK OUT!
*Francis gets charged by this abomination*
When you say it doesn't work do you mean A) The add-ons are RED in the add-on list. or B) The Add-ons dont show up in-game or C) THe characters are purple or behaving oddly?
If its "A" then ignore the RED name and play it anyway it probaly only shares the add-on image with another add-on.
If it's "B" or "C" then I recomennd that you VALDATE your L4D2 files via STEAM. THis method has worked 99.9% of the time.
Thanks glad you like the add-ons but as for the covenant I only have a squad of elites avilable but they don't really fit in a human skeleton so they look like there taking dumps. But as fiir the vehicles I'm not quite sure on how to do escape vehicles replacments.
I uploaded all the Flood infected people by them selves before I put them up in a pack.
As far as I know no SPARTAN has ever been infected so this is just an assumation of how a SPARTAN would look like in a simulation in the WAR GAMES Hologram thing.
No problem, glad to have been of help. Hope you enjoy the add-ons.
I understand what you mean. In this case I recomend that you VALIDATE your L4D2 files VIA STEAM. This solves the problem 99.9% of the time. In case you don't know how to VALIDATE your L4D2 files I will explain.
1.}First open up your "STEAM LIBRARY" and "RIGHT CLICK" on L4D2.
Select the "Properties" option.
2.}Once the new window opens up there will be a tab named "LOCAL FILES". Select it
3.}Then at the bottom there be an option to "Verify integrety of..." Click on it and sit back and relax because it may take like 20min - 30min to finish.
Whats it is doing is searching through your L4D2 game files making sure all the files are in their proper place. This will not delete or move anything. This onlt scans and redownloads missing files that may have accisently been deleted. Once its over please start the game up and tell me what happens.
Does it turn RED in the addons list? Or does it crash your game? If it turns RED in the addons list that very common among my add-ons. It will still work but the reason why its RED is because it shares some files with other addons. An example could be the CHARCATER NAMING file that some of my add-ons have. When that happens the add-ons will still work just fine The only thing that wont work is the changing name function. Another thing that is commonly shared is the add-on image file. That doesn't have any bearing in the game. So that is no problem as well.
