thank you for reading.
I think I can figure out the Number Decal issue because it's missing an alpha channel. I haven't worked with Unity, but I believe it all works the same across the board lol. (CG Wise) The texture I can provide as I've already put the correct channels and used the correct compression method.
My apologies, I meant the Landing gear Hatch/Panel, I tried to texture it but it still retained the Soviet Duck Egg blue, so I definitely would need the correct material to change it.
-Right landing gear (Which is connected to the left wing texture)
-the Number decal
-the Cockpit.
I have the original Sketchfab model loaded up for livery making purposes. Just let me know if you need assistance with the UVs
Respectfully, if I could get the full list of Material names or even their base textures, I can go from there.
Also if the Right wing could use the actual Right side texture like on the original DCS model. :)
Didn't wanna take up more of your time but really the only other visual bug I see in the cockpit is just that you can see behind the cockpit seat, I don't have a picture currently but if you are to look behind the seat you can see the landing gear and through the plane and whatnot.
That's pretty much all the workarounds and bugs I found for this mod (what am I doing with my spare time) but if they can be useful to you and other players so be it haha, have a good one though.
I found that little detail funny though about the HUD tint haha, using a glass pane to tint it instead of a digital filter.
Anyways dude have a good one and im hoping this info can help for the best of you and others!
I would also like to note I am going to attempt to get my non host friend to spawn in a 2 seated aircraft later, to see if I can bypass whatever multiplayer glitch is going on.
Single player+Multiplayer:
-The left MFD switch is labelled as the same as the right MFD switch, instead of being named MFD brightness
-Hand positioning on the joystick is offset
-Hands glitch out when attempting any hand gestures
Multiplayer:
-Non hosts tend to almost always (based off my experience) not be able to spawn in, and always (in my experience) have a black screen and do not deploy regardless of choosing the flanker first or another aircraft
Flight model:
-When pulling directly back on the joystick with/without flight assist on, the rudder seems to move the aircraft left whilst pulling up leading the aircraft to be much less controllable as it tends to pitch left whilst pitching up
