however, that said, i can't rule out that some files might be added to BG MHG Compatch in the future that might not be included into the BG EPE Compatch and then BG MHG Compatch shouldn't be disabled or removed from the mod list. in addition to that it's important to use the right mod loading order or the wrong compatch or mod might take priority.

so long story short: technically speaking you could remove/diable BG MHG Compatch if you use the BG EPE Compatch by loading it after BG MHG Compatch. however, i would still recommend to keep it in the mod loading order and playlist like stated above because some files might be added in the future which would make it necessary to use both mods together again. i hope this does help :)

regarding the MHG + Rice + EPE Compatch => true i forgot to add it to the loading order instructions. i just did it now.

regarding your question about when to use this compatch: right now if you are using BG EPE Compatch and if you put it after BG MHG Compatch (just like described within the mod loading order instructions), then BG EPE Compatch will overwrite BG MHG Compatch which will make BG MHG Compatch unnecessary indeed because both compatches are including the same files.

Sorry i don't quite understand your final note, it's this compatch necessary if i use the MHG + EPE Compatch ? also you forgot to add the MHG + RICE + EPE Compatch in your loading order list

the following mods have just been updated for CK 1.15 update, which just released:
1. Battle Graphics (main mod)
2. BG Other Graphics: Zoom Scale Map
3. BG Other Graphics: Battleground Commanders
4. Battle Graphics MHG Compatibility Patch

this covers the main mod + all submods + 1 comp. patch (for MHG). the remaining comp. patches for BG + other mods (i.e. AGOT, EPE MB+, EPE, POD, Shogunate will be updated as soon as those mods that they have been built for have been updated too

unfortunately holding graphics, as well as unit graphics links are both included into culture files amongst many other things. hence if you want to add more unit variety or more holding variety (or other things) then all modders that want to do that have to change the same culture files. that's leading to incompatibilities for MHG because MHG does add more variety for holding graphics and BG does add more variety for army/unit graphics.

just out of curiosity , why is Mhg not compatible with base Battle graphics?
