39 degrees is freezing? What is this mod, using some kind of mentally challenged units of temperature?

Imagine a Coldblooded mod/Reptile scales mod that has you go for heat to bask in the heat energy making heals better and you are at full movement capability and avoid cold or else you get slower and healing spells/perks/items/misc have less efffectiveness then ambient normal temp is just fine

i have a question: how compatible is this mod with things like map and enemy expansions, that don't add any new items which may mess with compatibility directly but just work with existing mechanics, or even just benign stuff like "inventory bags", "items work in inventory", or "better polymorph" ? is there a typical type of mod that tends to conflict with this mod, and are there types of mods that by nature tend to "stay out of the way" of this mod? this mod is super cool and adds a whole new dimension to both vanilla and modded content, a great compliment to everything the game has to offer. so it would be great to have more of a perspective on exactly what modded content i can actually play this mod with, and im sure my fellow noita modders would greatly appreciate it as well.

This mod has innate compatibility with apotheosis but otherwise modders need to implement compatibility on their own end.

I believe Copis Things and Grahams Things have already implemented compatibility with frostbite.

This is an interesting concept that you could built a lot onto. Finding the right items/spells to explore certain regions of the world has always been a thing in Noita, and this would be another layer for that system.

You could also have spells/modifiers/perks that play with temperature, not to mention different reactions you could include that require high/low temperatures to activate. I recall Graham's Things has a perk called "Heat Aura" that would fit right into this mod, too.

Of course the big problem with all this is compatibility. How well does this temperature system interact with mods that add new locations and enemies?

Very cool concept, I feel like it would work great as a perk kinda like hunger. Maybe you move faster or do more damage at optimal temperatures but suffer if you're too hot or cold?

Making it affect enemies would also be a fun way to balance it, assuming it doesn't melt your CPU lmao
