Hope to see this get updated for 1.6, as soon as you're able, when DD does as well! Really love the armor, and tattoos attached with this mod. :steamthumbsup:

Dragons Decent is in the modpack without it and it works fine, as said, it's only when I add either this or Giddy Up 2, I've no clue of the cause. And yes, 1.5.

@Slydragon05 You're playing on 1.5, right? Have you tested just Dragons Descent without DragonBond to see if it still happens?

I can't check that I'm aware of, the memory leak occurs as the game is loading, but only when I add either this mod or Giddy up 2 (One of the remakes of it), so I've no clue what is happening (Note that I've added several other mods since and not had the issue.)

Alrighty, well after another test, it seems both mods are causing memory leaks or something of the sort, pushing the game from using 4-5GB to 9+ and locking up my pc if I'm not careful.
Do you know of any mod incompatibilities that might be causing this?

Ignore my prior comment, just did a bit more testing and it seems it is Giddy Up 2's continuation, apologies for that. Just double checking now that there's no memory leak on this as well though, assume if there's no further comment after this that there's not.

I gave them an unused Medieval 2 faction base for now to avoid them using the tribal layout. Adding this to the factiondef works like a charm:

@hhoffman4 Aw, thank you so much! I initially wanted to give them purple eyes since it's my favorite color of all time but didn't want them to be too rip-offy from the original Targeryens.

Regarding the load order, It should come after DragonBond.

Just wanted to say how much I love this mod! It’s awesome. I was late getting into GoT and wanted something from it in Rimworld and you delivered 🥹

I did tweak your settings for the xenotype to give them purple eyes from another mod, removed the ears and a few other things maybe lol

I have not been able to get the funeral pyre to work. Do you have a suggestion of load order for this mod and alpha memes?

@rout Oh yeah, its something I'm interested in doing in the future! Also Dragons do show up in raids, just very high difficulty ones to avoid having them just wiping low level colonies.

This mod is really cool. Would it be possible to get custom base generation in the future (as a patch with VE Framework)? Also would love a "Dragon Raid" strategy where they try to burn your base down then leave :D

@Saga I don't think that has to do with my mod, the egg and the nest are from Dragon's Descent. You should be able to move it to a stockpile after moving/removing it's nest and then from the stockpile the pawns will place it on any new nest made.

Are we supposed to be able to move the eggs? I can't move the starting egg and if I move the nest it won't let me store dragon eggs in there, they don't show up as an option to Allow, not even in regular stockpile zones (This one is probably intentional but I tried it to see if I could) - Am I supposed to be able to move the eggs into nests (Even ones I make) ?

I saw waay back on the comments here around May 2024 that someone using Prepare Carefully was unable to bond (Probably with a dragon they started with I have to assume as they didn't specify at all.) and do you think that might be the one making it so I can't move the starter egg for the scenario OR any egg I spawn in with?

@??? Hey! I dug a little and figured out why your issue is going on.
So, it's not exactly my mod, It's the Vanilla Expanded Framework mod that is incompatible with Realistic Planets Continued.

Also checked the comment section of that mod and more people seem to be reporting it, you should check if a patch exists or do temporary fix:
Remove DragonBond, generate your world and add it after.

is the faction in this mod a true "imperial" faction, as in can i earn ranks/earn the ability to buy dragon eggs from them or is it only joinable by the starting scenario?

Is there some way to lower the debuff when you are away from your dragon? My Main-Pawn does most of the Traveling and since I use Vehicles I can't just bring my Dragon everywhere, so having a -25% Consciousness Debuff is kind harsh, especially since it activates right away even if I'm gone 1 hour.

Hello! Thank you for creating this mod-- It's very cute!

I ran into an issue during world generation in my current mod setup and with some help, narrowed it down to Dragonbond and Realistic Planets Continued. When these two mods are active, the Population slider has no affect. You cannot increase or decrease the amount of factions generated. I have tested it with just these two mods and their dependencies and the issue still persists.

There is an error that pops up in the debug log on generation each time. I did not want to post it in the comment section and figured the conflict was easy enough to recreate.

@AkSki77 I'm not sure, I haven't tested it myself. Many of the abilities and genes are dependant on Dragon's Descent's code, so there might be errors.

@Kalethips Hey there! The eggs need to be in the incubator for a week for it to start to take effect.

@Tontato I will be releasing a hotfix soon that should fix it, let me know if it still happens. Don't forget to update the mod!

Hello, could you please help me with this error I'm getting? It's happening every second. Not sure what's going on with the ability. It's also causing my colonist to have that "standing" error I think. Trying to still troubleshoot.
