it's a known issue on valve's end with how they implemented mod support. start the mod normally and use changelevel command and type the name of the map that way.

i have this odd issue when trying to load a previous save it just wouldn't load it and trying to load the maps using the console doesn't work as well. i can load the mod from the start but i got far in to the mod, any one know how 2 fix this?

Interesting that if you noclip to the mine carts, there will be three mine carts.

About the missing voicelines issue: If you are subscribed to a mod that edits a sounds manifest file, it will break custom voicelines in other mods/campaigns, so it's best to disable them to avoid conflicts.

I found out through trial and error certain animation and weapon sound mods can be the cause of the voicelines and npc scripted events

I remember someone else posted it on the Workshop however they never bothered to check if it was broken or not. Seems like they deleted their upload of it.
