might need a patch for baroverhaul, because there's a mod that changes "Genetic Genius" for 99% chance less likely to taint...
or maybe make some sort of a talent that u unlock after 100 mixes, for which u get less chance for tainting?

Latcher + Charbydis gene combination tainted caused a crash to happen cough: "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" It's either Latcher or charbydis as a problem, maybe latcher as it hasn't been equipped in the combine yet.

How do you fix a gene if you died with it and now it gives a debuff? There is a gene stabilizer, but no matter how I use it, it doesn’t remove the debuff

Whenever i get time im gonna try and fix alot of the noted issues. Mutagenic and advanced stabilozines also getting removed.

Do movement speed buffs stack? If I have the golden hammerhead gene and the mantis gene at the same time, will I be even faster on land or will it just set my speed to the faster of the 2? Like I have a mantis gene that increases speed on land by 21% and golden hammerhead gene that increases speed by 50%, will together they make 71% on land or just set it to 50%?

How gene cleansing with mutagenic stabi works? i used one, it only removed 5 out of 100 debuff counter. and does that even slower. one loading screen and its back. You really mean i have to waste 20 MUTAGENIC STABI every mission to TEMPORARILY remove debuff?

How exactly does the portable research terminal work? I can stick a stabilozine and unidentified genetic material in, but nothing happens when I click or right-click-left-click. Holding right click brings up the placing grid, but I can never actually place it but I'm not sure if I am supposed to since its called portable

Is there a load order? Specifically with Neurotrauma as neither this mod's or vanilla's Research Station is accepting alien blood and it's saying alien blood is from neurotrauma.

Yes, they're incredibly low, due to how powerful they are. Also Tier 4 at current are crafted.

Hi there. With the tier 3 genes, are the chances to get the Endworm genes and the Leucocyte/terminal cells really low, or am I just getting unlucky? I always get all the other ones.

Also regarding the tier 4 genes, how are these acquired? Or is it just luck.

hey there, i think the thresher genes (buffs last longer) might be bugged. i refined some of the genes to 100%, put them on, and the gene buff started at 100% and just slowly ticked down to 0 before disappearing and never coming back. running a lot of mods of course, but i don't think any of them affect genes.

Yes, you still need that perk.

Mod should be addable midsave, however it might mean the new stabilozines wont be added to shops, requiring you to craft them, It may also have strange effects on existing genes. But it should work.
