This is still working as of the Desert Kingdoms release, despite being out of date. Thanks Wulfgang, your comment on the other mod led me here.

Believe it or not...this mod actually works! Using it with Patch 17. Just make sure you have the "Enable out of date mods" box checked off in the mod manager.

Works great for me, thanks great mod. Mr_man, means u dont have to do any training in ur cap city just in the lesser towns. Leaving room in ur cap to build ur special building you cant build in ur lesser towns.

wait, does this mean that you could have a training site in EACH settlement in a province? and have some Incredibly buffed up troops...

it might not be compatible with DEI... its woring fine for me...

I just installed this mod, and saw nothing deffrent in the game, I have DEI and the minor cities still have a total of 3 building slots still!

I have the problem that if I use a mod which allows you to build a traningsite at a minor settlement I cannot play a besiegement of a provincial capital correctly. I mean there aren't walls around the provincial capital. The capitals are like the minor settlements with no walls. I cannot solve that problem. Have you got an idea how I can fix that problem R34per89?

As for the commons request, I thought that they were gone since the minor settlements now have a town centre and major settlements have the city centre... maybe I'm wrong :P I haven't played in a while and I still need to get used to EE! Ill play some when I find the time, still moving in!
