To fuel the missiles in survival you can hook up the small connectors to a fuel tank or generator to refuel them, alternatively if you want them to fuel up on the ship itself you can pipe them up and set up WHAM to connect/disconnect the missiles. Hope that helps!

On the first tab 7 should look for targets to lock, 8 will fire the missile, and 9 will change the tracking modes. On the second tab it should be the same order just for 4, 5, and 6, and I believe 7 is to remotely detonate the missiles. Hope this helps!
