Have you tried enabling the FNAF Decode Module? Go into the console and type in "fnaf_megatron 1"
The missing models/textures might be caused by Lost Coast not being properly mounted or installed on your system. Make sure you have Lost Coast installed and mounted in the Source SDK 2013 settings. Perhaps enabling the megatron vortex drive might help issues with FNAF debugging. Try running "hl2_fnaf 1" in console command and lmk if that helps!
As for packing the assets — THG avoided it to keep the file size small and avoid potential copyright issues. That said, he'll look into including essential assets if more people run into this problem.
Maybe you should pack the assets with the mod?
THG can't replicate this. It seems like the Lost Coast assets are not being loaded for whatever reason but I don't think this mod is causing that.
THG recommends following the installation from the disclaimer in the description instead if you are having issues and enable FNAF if possible to avoid encountering any bugs.
I recommend following the installation from the disclaimer in the description instead if you are having issues.
While it's not an issue directly related to this addon, it might be due to either a conflict with another mod or a glitch in the game’s dialogue system. If you haven’t already, I’d recommend verifying that your mods are up-to-date and checking the mod load order. Sometimes disabling other mods temporarily can help narrow down the cause.
If the issue persists, you might want to check out forums or discussions specific to the LC mod to see if others have experienced the same issue. Hope that helps!
The main gameplay map is not touched at all and neither are its textures. All I can recommend is fixing your mods, loading Lost Coast from the main menu through the "Extras" section or following the steps in the disclaimer.
Which is why errors like
"Failed to load sound "^npc\attack_helicopter\aheli_charge_down.wav" exist.
Removing the ^ in them fixes it.

I'd call dibs but someone with a better PC could do it faster.
