feenjareen 30 Apr @ 1:54pm
a suggestion would be to allow copper to be turned into copper scrap to be turned into bullet casings; irl copper casings are used for rounds like .223, 5.45, & 7.62

Is this compatible with B41?
DarkNepetron 15 Feb @ 3:36am
I really liked this mod and wanted to play with it in Build 42 so badly that I decided to fix it. I played for several days, and it worked fine. I tried to contact Deon via Discord, but he didn’t accept my request, so I figured others might also want to play it. As I said, I will delete the GitHub repository once Deon updates the mod :spiffo:
DarkNepetron 15 Feb @ 3:31am
Eyyy I have updated this mod to work with Build 42.1 by fixing missing items and recipes. If Deon updates the original, I'll remove my fix. here the link https://github.com/DarKPenetrator/MOD-FIX_DeonReloadingBenchReal/tree/main
Batman-[FR] 5 Feb @ 1:26am
This mod doesn't works anymore since 42.1.
The author sadly must be busy :'(
I plan a fork until the author fix his mod :)

Awesome mod, but yeah; it might be a minute on this one. CTD and lots of content to update i'm sure.
⸸BïGfÅÇË⸸ 26 Jan @ 8:15pm
Game crashes to desktop, still love the work.
Balance 24 Jan @ 3:39pm
@Deon I'm sorry for whatever stress you might be under with the new updates especially given the quantity of amazing mods you've been producing. At least that's been my experience :lunar2019laughingpig:
I keep wanting to make my own reloading mod but it's hard to justify because I love the way you've implemented this already! Feel free to dm me if you'd like some help getting it updated, this is definitely my preferred reloading mod and I'd be happy to help. If nothing else I'm just dropping by to Thank You for all your hard work, love to see it! :spiffo:
Batman-[FR] 24 Jan @ 12:27am
Hi @Deon, i can help you if you want :) give me the repository and i'll make some MR
LumberingTroll 23 Jan @ 7:41pm
Confirmed, when starting a new game with this mod we get a "Sorry cannot load' screen, and when trying to launch the game with -debug the game gets a black screen and crashes to desktop. Will have to wait for an update to use this mod again sadly.
Tank5168 23 Jan @ 4:18am
After the 1.22 major update, it will be impossible to log in to the game.
Batman-[FR] 22 Jan @ 6:09am
all bullets mold recipes & items has been tagged obsolete :x
Batman-[FR] 22 Jan @ 5:57am
it's because ShotgunShellsMold item is obsolete now (see the file items_obsolete.txt in the game dir)
Sari-n 22 Jan @ 5:34am
B42.1's crafting update makes this mod CTD the game on launch unfortunately.

ALSO, would extremely appreciate an update that supports the new calibers from: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2256623447&searchtext=firearms

This mod is honestly super fun, appreciate it!
Rachel L 21 Jan @ 4:30pm
it seems that the b42.1 update broke this.

@Deon ☣
Love to see Guns of 93 on the list ❤️
Have a look at this one that adds spent casings on the ground for those guns if you haven’t already, might be a fit?

Hola amigo, intente convertir una bateria en trozos de plomo y la bateria al parecer era infinita, no se consumia. Gracias:spiffo:
Rachel L 9 Jan @ 6:18am
How dare you be busy with life?!? :p
Deon ☣  [author] 9 Jan @ 2:40am
I'm a bit busy with work these days, but I will try my best to add support for this soon:

@Deon ☣
Oh my bad lol, didn't notice you mode:keep'd it lol
Deon ☣  [author] 8 Jan @ 8:45am
It does not take 11 charcoal.
You keep charcoal for smelting chunks. Charcoal cannot be removed in 1/10 increments, so you just "need to have it".
ThisIsName 8 Jan @ 8:35am
@Deon ☣
Yeah I know it would take 10 of the same bullets, but you usually get them in pack of 20/50 anyway so it shouldn't be an issue.
if you want to keep chunks please considering changing it to simple hammering instead of smelting, currently it takes 11 [charcoal] to smelt 1 lead scrap. That's ridiculous
Deon ☣  [author] 8 Jan @ 8:13am
Mini update:
- Fix to the error in the lead chunks to lead scrap ratio, thanks to ThisIsName.
Deon ☣  [author] 8 Jan @ 8:11am
Hm, it should require 10 chunks, but I think Base.Base. typo did it. Let me fix it ASAP.
Deon ☣  [author] 8 Jan @ 8:06am
> I'd also recommend ommiting chunks at all and making it straight 10 bullets = 1 scrap lead, using kg of charcoal to melt every bullet individually is meh

10 bullets -> 1 scrap lead will require you to have 10 SAME bullets
ThisIsName 8 Jan @ 8:00am
Or! You might want to drop only smelting cores into chunks part, refactor your production chain a little bit into:
Disassemble ammo -> Hammer cores into chunks -> Smelt Chunks into Scrap -> Smelt scrap into cores
ThisIsName 8 Jan @ 7:57am
I'd also recommend ommiting chunks at all and making it straight 10 bullets = 1 scrap lead, using kg of charcoal to melt every bullet individually is meh
ThisIsName 8 Jan @ 7:55am
Thanks for the update! You forgot a 0 in chunk -> scrap recipe tho, goes 1:1 atm
Deon ☣  [author] 8 Jan @ 6:19am
Update
- Added "scrap lead chunk" item.
- Added unique icons to scrap lead chunk and scrap lead.
- You can melt bullet cores into scrap lead chunks in a furnace.
- You can melt 10 scrap lead chunks into 1 scrap lead in a furnace.

Added translations for:
AR, CA, CH, CN, CS, DA, DE, ES, FI, FR, HU, ID, IT, JP, KO, PL, PT, PTBR, RO, RU, UA
ThisIsName 8 Jan @ 1:08am
Nevermind, noticed you were looking at bullet recycling yourself.
ThisIsName 8 Jan @ 1:07am
Hey! Do you mind If I throw up an addon for your mod? I started a recycling mod and was thinking about recycling unwanted bullet cores for lead.
Deon ☣  [author] 7 Jan @ 12:21pm
They were, but then people noticed that in Vanilla you make them from iron, so it doesn't work that well :).
anitachall 7 Jan @ 10:27am
Any possibility of doorknobs being scrap-able into brass?
Deon ☣  [author] 7 Jan @ 4:34am
Fix:
- Reduced 1/5/10 options to 1 (you can use slider in B42).
- Fixed the amount of gunpowder returned on ammo disassembly.
Deon ☣  [author] 7 Jan @ 4:19am
Checking the reported issue.
ThisIsName 7 Jan @ 4:15am
Also any plans for other guns mods compat?
ThisIsName 7 Jan @ 4:15am
Please fix disassembling giving whole canisters of gunpowder. Unloading 10 bullets and getting 2.5kilo of gunpowder is ridiculous lol
Deon ☣  [author] 6 Jan @ 11:10pm
No, the amount of lead is pretty low in each bullet, and comboing them looks like a nightmare... But I think I can do it via tag, let me check for the next update.
Chellzoide 6 Jan @ 7:47pm
Can I melt down the lead from bullets I disassemble?
