K I tested out the rig_biped_simple and hands still moved out from bone control for me. I did universal one next and hands did on that one but right leg inverted as well as the right forearm and left shoulder

@Shrunk Looking at the video again, you used rig_biped_valve_3spine when the model has 4, I tested rig_biped_simple and the bone hand didn't separate.

@Josseda when I add a rig to her and move pelvis her hands move around and fingers stick with the actual hand whereas the rigged bone hand stay in place and her arm bends weirdly

Sorry to ask, but does the model have face flexes. I'm bad in trying to use the bones to manually make facial expressions.
