Thank you so much for the effort. This used to be my favourite modded civ, I'm so grateful it's back.

Hello. I believe the 'relationships' section of a leader's menu is part of the base game? I've used it countless times to see how many civs the AI has met. If I and the AI have both met the same civ, then it displays there leader icon under the relationships tab.

The only mod I can think of that may impact the icon showed for the Haiti leader is the 'leader pass visual adjustments' mod, which makes the leader pass leader's icons less 'glossy' ingame.

Thank you for the reply! :D

@Marko Podarko: thanks for the feedback/report.
Are you using some kind of mod to have the relationships displayed? Because I do not have a "Relationships" entry on this page (even though I met another civ and declared war on it) ??!!

it looks like this to me:

Hello. Not sure if this is an issue on my end, but in the relationships section of the menu that appears when interacting with a leader ingame, Louverture icon seems to display Chandragupta (atleast for me).

I'm not sure if his icon in the relationships section is dependent on which leader you are interacting with. In my case, it was Chandragupta, and his relationship with Louverture was displayed as though though he was friendly with himself (as the leader icon showed Chandragupta, but hovering over it revealed Louverture's name).

@H.Humpel : Thank you. That’s wonderful! They’re black. That’s perfectly consistent! :steamhappy:

Can u do mexico next lol no obregon has me feeling incomplete

Ah, okey! Then it's probably caused by some other mod at my end
H.Humpel  [author] 18 Jan @ 12:30pm
@Kalervola: hmm... I cannot confirm this problem. Just started a game as Haiti, played for 35 turns and no (zero) Great Souvereign points earned. A seconds civ in the game just started to collect points for Great Souvereins. Looking normal to me. Would need more detailed information about this to be able to at least reproduce this error.
Kalervola 18 Jan @ 11:04am
Just noticed that when playing with the Great Sovereign mods, Haiti seems to yield +1 Great Sovereign point per turn from unknown source. Atm I can't confirm if it comes from the Capital or the second city, but the game is at turn 33 and Haiti already has 30 Great Sovereign points without Government Plaza. And since they yield +1 point per turn -- not +2 for example -- it means that it is not coming from any Policy Card.

I understand if this is something you don't care to take a look at since it's just a minor inconvenience with another mod, but if you have an idea how to fix this it would be great!

THAAAAAAAAANK YOU SO MUCH

@Damoll: looks like I have been able to fix it. Should be working now with the latest release (#3) :steamhappy:

Thank you so much for updating this! I've been wanting to play at Haiti for years.
Damoll 16 Jan @ 12:52pm
@H.Humpel : All right! I understand. Let us know if the attempt is successful or unsuccessful... Thank you!

@Damoll: no, not yet. My free time tends to be on the weekends ....
Damoll 15 Jan @ 5:56am
@H.Humpel : Have you been able to find a solution regarding skin colour?
H.Humpel  [author] 14 Jan @ 9:57am
@Kalervola: not plans yet. But I made notes of your (and Damoll's) suggestions .
There's an updated version of Leugi's Argentina made by TheOtherOne: "Leugi's Argentina Civilization, RF and GS compatible reupload".
Nyszcyciel 14 Jan @ 8:41am
they should have a unique mud cookie resource
Damoll 14 Jan @ 5:30am
@H.Humpel : All right! If you can fix that, it would be great. In the meantime, it’s already good work.

This is just a suggestion: there is also "Tino’s Sun Yat-sen of China" that could be updated.
Kalervola 14 Jan @ 3:33am
Thank you for this! I've wanted to test Haiti for ages.

Do you have plans to update other modded civs for GS? If so, I think Leugi's Argentina, Antagonise's Oirat, or C15's Assyria would be much appreciated ;)
H.Humpel  [author] 14 Jan @ 1:03am
@Damoll: thanks again for the feedback .
The ethnicity for this civ is set to "ETHNICITY_AFRICAN" - the same in the original mod.
Not sure why it is working in the icons/avatars but not with the actual units on the ground. I will have to take a look at this.
Damoll 13 Jan @ 4:19pm
@H.Humpel : Your are welcome ! Indeed, everything has improved in terms of the image. But, the units are always white and not black on the ground, while they are black when you look at the icon.
H.Humpel  [author] 13 Jan @ 12:54pm
@Damoll: thanks for the feedback!
Should be fixed in the new release (#2). :steamhappy:

@H.Humpel

It’s a great initiative. Thank you! However, there is a problem. The image of Toussaint Louverture, as well as most icons of civilization, do not appear when selecting the leader, during loading and during the game...
