@fisto the robo Thank you, I got it. For some reason I thought it was like one of the mods for CK2 in which the ruler could directly participate in battles. It doesn't make sense to me that he doesn't fight himself under any circumstances (at least there are many examples in which rulers in this historical period still combined the properties of a general and a knight). It is especially confusing in the context of, for example, some barbarians / pagans, for which the ruler not participating in battles can not rule. nIn my opinion it would be very interesting if it would be possible to implement this in CK3.

@prostoDno: waht do you mean? this mod doesnt touch adventurers or their knights, just limits feudal knights. kings cannot become knights for their liege emperor if they have a liege but still can be commanders. independent kings cant become knights in ck3 either since you cannot be your own knight.

-ck3 version update
-feudal knight and commander rules apply to nomads
-heirs can be knights
-kings cannot be knights
-rulers serving as knights and commander are set into a regency

@EnumaEllis: you can load my mod before most overhauls and youd lose features but that wouldnt crash or break the overhaul mod.

I have noticed that while a lot of your mods may not edit base game files, they are still editing major portions of these scripts, meaning compatibility will still be really bad for overhauls.

You should write that in the Description to not use it with overhauls unless they got a compatch; these aren't intended for anything bigger than vanilla. I know mods like AGoT and PoD that will run roughshod through most of these

@Captain SSmolleTT: so you can click retreat after 1 day of engagement, instead of waiting 14. No gameplay change really and AI never retreats anyway.
