@mykki_lizzy the "Best available" server host has some stupid plugins running more than likely. Only 1 random tank is supposed to appear on all maps (excluding the tank in the stadium)

looked and felt amazing to play, my modlist runs along the lines of the nightmare modpack with visuals and difficulty and had zero overt problems playing this campaign, might be my favorite workshop campaign ever. :steamhappy:

mostly the gutters on the sides of the buildings, I saw a missing texture for the gutter on the side of the trailer walking out of the safe room in the finale chapter

This map was pretty awesome.
played with 3 friends, enjoyed every bit of it.
good pacing, good supplies, no stupid 3 tanks at once situations.

From what I would like to improve: the screensavers change too quickly at the beginning (you either need to change the intro or try to increase the time of appearance of different screensavers), the survivors do not say anything at the beginning of the campaign, at the end I would also like more dialogues between the driver and the survivors (as much as possible), at the end two tanks burn down from endless fire (where the train comes from), I would like Whitaker to somehow help kill zombies from the carriage, and not just stand there, but it's probably difficult to implement (or even impossible to do)

This campaign has 50% ez and 50% difficult parts of it

The forest chapter and the finale are ez as hell
and chapter 3 and 1 was difficult for me playing on expert with 3 bots

8.9/10 campaign it feels like valve made it

很出色的重置,画面效果和路线等等都有提升,唯一的缺点就是最后火车来的很慢,写专要和坦克僵持一两分钟

制作优良的地图,相比之前的版本,光线环境更好了,路线设计也不错

希望作者可以在地图上加一些随机的补给,这样也可以把非主要区域利用起来

i tried this out on solo and ironically with angel dust voice(given the author lol) and ngl.

this revamp of the campaign is very good.

i had trouble with the tanks tho given i was playing solo with balance changes it wasn't from the map.

So overall 9/10. peak remake of a classic, hard to imagine this was done by a literal radio tumblrman

It was just reeeeeal nice. Every chapter was well constructed, a lot of things I've already seen of course, but arranged in a totally new way, and the final really felt like a well thought out event.

Wow, simply WOW! I can't get over how good this campaign is, the scenery, enemy placements and especially level design. It's challenging but fair and balanced. The only tiny nitpick of mine is that there aren't many weapon changing spots so selections are few which takes away some fun. All in all I think this campaign would even beat some of the official ones if more flavored dialogues were added in.

@Guampel_Mon_XD you have to interact with the radio on the table before you can leave. It's supposed to inform you but right now I haven't added a proper custom instructor hint so it doesn't show up for some players.

Yo this campaign breaks on the third or fourth level for me, I spawn either in the void or between walls

Played through this on expert with 3 people and my only criticisms are that chapter 3 felt like a bit of a doozy, and besides chapters 4 and 5 being a lot shorter than the rest it was still super fun and the crane event in chapter 1 and the finale were my favourite. Good stuff!

in map 1 the survivor bots try to navigate up a non-climbable pipe near a "we have sown the seeds of sin" graffiti instead of going up the cardboard boxes

@jun I'm glad you replayed it on advanced! That is the difficulty I tend to play on for campaign myself, but I understand the frustration on expert. This is my first ever full campaign project so I'm still fine tuning item spawns, so I'll take your comment into consideration! I actually just pushed a new update to map 3 which should make it a bit easier to play (not to mention nicer looking)!

after replaying the campaign solo on realism advanced, it's a solid romp that feels valve-esque.

visually the campaign is amazing and feels right at home with valves own l4d1 maps.

gameplay wise the first 2 chapters are great, i have absolutely no complaints at all.
chapter 3.. oof.. my recommendations for improving chapter 3 would be to
add a few additional item spawns to the howitzer event to allow some breathing room.

chapter 4 is largely solid and felt like a nice break from the hell that was chapter 3, albeit a tad bit short.

the finale is perfectly great, a solid challenge that rewards skilled play.

overall, i enjoyed my time with this campaign.

7.5/10, it's great.. just don't play it on expert if you value your sanity.

(slight. addendum: my initial comment was a tad mean, and also didn't actually levy any legitimate
criticism or any solutions to issues. for that i apologize, the comment was made in frustration over failing chapter 3, 7 times in a row.)
