How do you destroy someone else’s town? I can only pillage it and never take it over?

Settler cost shouldn't increase with number of times produced. Maybe it can increase by era, as more modern settlements need more infrastructure than ancient settlements.

specialization of the town comes too late and making all of them have a base +10 gold income is boring and not creative at all... you should choose the specialization as soon as you create the town, so if you want +10 gold you should choose a trade town or economic town, idk. it just feels like you stick with a generic town for too long doing nothing but generate gold for free

no it's basically cheating. the ai doesnt use towns and they give you an insane boost in gold.

The city cap feels too high, converting towns to cities always feels like the right choice if there are city slots left. Generally you don't even need more than 10 cities in a game, so it feels like you don't need to interact with the towns mechanic that much when the right choice is almost always to convert to a city. Would it be possible to allow players to configure city cap themselves?

so thoughts amazed this mod works with barbianism (a little to well). I haven't checked but I"m guessing no fan civs will work due to they have to be adjusted with Things like one more town and the like?

No conflicts with CITY LIGHTS, but they mechanisms are very different.

大佬,我发现一个问题,城镇建立太近的话,城市扩张会借城镇的边界扩张,导致转换城市后新城只有周围6块地,外完全无法扩张,甚至买地都买不了。:steammocking:

I found a bug. The game doesn't let me settle on islands if there is a city center within 2 tiles.
I can do this without the mod, but with the mod, the AI can do this and not the human player.
Please fix, thanks.

this mod is great so far, im really enjoying it. Somehow you have implemented this city/town system better than civ 7 does. i feel like im making actual strategic decisions.

Only thing i would say it there might need to be some balancing, i feel like my gold output is insane just from having two town.

作者您好,刚才试过了很多MOD,都不知道是和什么MOD冲突了。因为热门的好用MOD,我都打过。有两个不同之处。
1、在开拓者新建城镇时,不会出现横幅。只有在建成城市时会出现城市名横幅
2、就是专精更换这个按键失效了。目前只有这一个单一功能失效,其他的都可以与其他各种模组兼容

目前只有世界奇观、自然奇观、资源以为一些UI没有进行尝试,原本以为是和一些大模组冲突,但感觉现在又不像。
一些热门模组应该是兼容的,如6T、增加新的类型伟人、地带特征、新的结社、兼并城邦、第二城市特性、关于城邦类的各项MOD都进行了禁用。但发现还都不是这个问题

作者您好,我只开启了您的MOD后,转换专精的确能用了,应该是和其他MOD冲突了,无法进行更换,我再看看和什么冲突了。有一个问题,就是我选了军事城镇后,建城后,在哪里看该城市专精是什么城市呢

专精的加入让城镇系统更像群星的附庸国了。
城镇提供的产出等价于两个区域一级建筑*时代数,性价比较高。
由于限制了四环建城,区域规划会有较大的限制。

1、我这边已经解锁很多城镇类型
2、在下拉框已经选中,并且金钱富余
3、在按下更换城镇专精按钮后,并没有出现更换,而是UI界面关闭。再次打开后仍旧是普通城镇类型。
4、有可能是因为和其他MOD冲突导致的吗?

1.需要解锁多个城镇类型
2.需要在下拉框选中一个非现有类型的专精类型
3.需要有足够金币

要看现在是什么类型,请把鼠标移动到城镇横幅上。

如果是mod没有自动更新,请取消订阅,过几分钟再重新订阅,这样就保证是最新版本。

在最开始建设城市坐地时,选择了专精以后,在转化城市界面时,一直都是普通城市,而且使用国库变换专精,一按键,窗口便会自动关闭,再打开时,还是普通城市,这个城市专精无法起到效果

已有城市如果想转化为城镇,会丢失所有的区域和建筑、奇观,所以我不会这样设计。
