Hi - you might have to go to Drive then workshop for it to install, but usually (after that) it would only show up in Quick Drive or Build (they don't usually come with scenarios because uploading won't let me include them).

Hi Danny, I'm very late to the game, but i have both DLC NJ and New haven installed in my train sim class 2024, I downloaded the merge mod from this workshop. however in the game itself, i don't see anything indicating where it was placed? not in Scenario mode, or Quick Drive or anywhere? what am i doing wrong? im an older guy and not really good at this. Thank you in advance.

I just want to be clear - I see you posting on the forums about it, I apologise for my recent replies but I still don't give permission for South London & Thameslink to be used. (the reason is because by releasing an extension just after i'll finish it, essentially makes the original route redundant, which would be frustrating after taking so long to do it.

Again, I apologise but I can't give permission for South London & Thameslink to be used.
Danny  [ophavsmand] 13. mar. kl. 15:45
I still won't give permission
TristanGamer 13. mar. kl. 15:44
ok, could you tell me when its finshed and i get permission to upload it?
Danny  [ophavsmand] 13. mar. kl. 15:34
ok but I don't give permission for South London and Thameslink - it's an unfinished route.
TristanGamer 13. mar. kl. 15:27
i havent uploaded it yet as i still need to do the tracks for the ecml and the hornsey to kings cross section
Danny  [ophavsmand] 13. mar. kl. 15:15
(they aren't all deleted - just hidden, but my point stands though, however this isn't against you, you just happened to be the most recent one to do it, taking a route - and wanting to upload it before asking. )
TristanGamer 13. mar. kl. 15:01
did you get rid of all your routes cause it says i cant access them. also i didnt want you to delete the south london and thameslink route
Danny  [ophavsmand] 8. nov. 2022 kl. 13:45
Sadly probably not for a while, my free time as of late has been a bit terrible
tomcrosscountry1 8. nov. 2022 kl. 13:44
Oh dear what a shame :(

Any future prospect for it at least?

I do have hope...
Danny  [ophavsmand] 8. nov. 2022 kl. 10:56
Sadly there is more work needed there is a 6m height difference between WCML South and North London at Willsden - not even the same track - so more difficult that it would seem
tomcrosscountry1 8. nov. 2022 kl. 10:47
Hey Danny- Sorry if this has been asked already but I'm itching (and I assume others may agree) for a merge of the WCMLS with the North London/GOBLIN/West London route with a possible merge to the Brighton Mainline route. This would have in my opinion many scenario opportunities e.g freight, railtours, the Southern services from Watford to Croydon V.V as well as the old CrossCountry services that ran to Brighton.

I really like your merges and I hope this maybe possible...
kentboy17 20. juni 2021 kl. 5:42
Sorry Danny - I didn't spot those two (just the first two). Thanks for the quick response and for these merges :)

Hi Danny. Any plans to merge Medway Valley Line into your 2012/2016 mega Kent south-east network? I'd really like to create some genuine scenarios using the class 411 which would need to start from Gillingham depot to Maidstone and Tonbridge via the 'old' Rochester station.
peter749 20. jan. 2017 kl. 12:18
Ok, thanks Danny.
Danny  [ophavsmand] 19. jan. 2017 kl. 10:11
I currently have no plans too unfortunately its a good idea, but i'd spend most of my time ripping up the scenery and doing most of it again (its an old route).
peter749 19. jan. 2017 kl. 8:50
Any change of doing a Third Rail version of the Bath to Templecombe route? Thanks
Danny  [ophavsmand] 29. dec. 2016 kl. 3:04
It is possible, however that route is currently unstable - but it is something i'm considering after I've finished South London & Thameslink :)
harisnik31 28. dec. 2016 kl. 21:29
Is it possible for you to add the Chatham Main Line to your existing North, South, West London, Thameslink and Kent pack? Would be a really good combination of metropolitan London routes :)
Danny  [ophavsmand] 26. dec. 2016 kl. 15:36
Unfortunately those two routes also have the same issue - they don't share the same point of origin, so this means that Exeter on both routes will be in two different places after they have been merged. I'm sorry.
Bliff Curton 26. dec. 2016 kl. 12:32
Ok, Accepted. But sometime could you merge the Riviera Line: Exeter to Paignton and Bristol to Exeter? Best regards.
Urban79 18. dec. 2016 kl. 0:01
Ok. Thanks fore Your answere Danny.
Danny  [ophavsmand] 17. dec. 2016 kl. 11:31
Unfortunately it isn't possible to join those two routes, (also you can't join WCML Shap to those either ) I'd love to join together WCML north and Shap, and Settle Carlise, although even if it were possible I'd be spending more time improving the older routes (not saying that they are bad - just older - but I also have my own projects that I need to finish first :) )
Danny  [ophavsmand] 16. dec. 2016 kl. 8:40
Its not possible to merge the german routes mentioned i'm sorry.
Urban79 16. dec. 2016 kl. 8:38
Would it be possible to Merge Routes as Cologne-Koblenz, Koblenz-Trier into on? Cologne-Koblenz-Trier, That should be Greate thing. and Cologne-Dusseldorf.! meybee to old. but W.R.Cologne-M.V.Koblen-Trier Routes.
Goldeneye48 23. nov. 2016 kl. 15:45
Thank you Danny for you or answer and that is really unfortunate news to hear.
Danny  [ophavsmand] 23. nov. 2016 kl. 14:09
Its not possible to merge New York to Philadelphia to New York New Haven / North Jersey Coast unfortunately.
Goldeneye48 23. nov. 2016 kl. 11:01
Hello Danny. I really enjoy the merged routes that you have provided. I wanted to ask, is it possible to merge the NEC: NYC to Philly section into the New York to New Haven and North Jersey Coast route?
Danny  [ophavsmand] 24. okt. 2016 kl. 13:35
Unfortunately I can't merge ECML (I did mention it in the comment below ;) ) to the other london routes. For the routes to be merged it needs to have the same route point of origin unfortunately.
UKA1 TONBOLE 24. okt. 2016 kl. 13:32
Would it be possible to merge the ECML, SLN and BML into one? With services soon to be running from Peterborough to Gatwick airport and the likes it could be interesting. Or was the ECML a route that couldn't be merged?
Danny  [ophavsmand] 6. okt. 2016 kl. 4:06
Its not possible to merge GEML and ECML to that lot- however i have found that it would be really unstabe to merge all of those routes together - computers can't handle all of the data unfortunately.
Goondi 6. okt. 2016 kl. 1:45
And how exactly do you do it? :)
Goondi 6. okt. 2016 kl. 1:45
Is it Possible to merge:
South London Network+Chatham Mainline+London Faversham+Sheerness Branch+North London Line+MML+ECML+GEML+Mayflower Line (JT)
Danny  [ophavsmand] 14. sep. 2016 kl. 6:38
Part 2-

PS - I only do this stuff in my own time - I can't do everything but thank you for your feedback :). I know that you are eager to have as many merged routes as possible but I haven't done some for a reason as mentioned above. Don't worry though I am doing things and will show them when ready - won't say what so I don't get a is it done yet every 5 minutes from others ;) .
Danny  [ophavsmand] 14. sep. 2016 kl. 6:37
I know what is possible :) - Its the time to do them, and also that South London & Thameslink is set in 2012 but Chatham Mainline is set in 2016 :) (and have differences) - Don't worry I have plans but need to finish things first - don't worry though I'm not ignoring it.

Notes -
1 + 3 - Also there is no reason to merge just Chatham Main Line to London to Brighton because there would be no use for it - I would merge South London Network in too because it covers Crystal Palace and other bits )

4 - A maybe - but i need to finish South London & Thameslink first. (also the issue of part set in 2010, another in 2012 and another in 2016 - not easy fixes to make )

5 & 6 - would need the bit from South London Network anyway because that bit covers East Croydon to London Bridge and Via Herne Hill too (Which London to Brighton doesn't have and I would have to rebuild from Scratch which there is no reason too)- as Covered by South London and Thameslink.

3. to do - London to Brighton - London to Brighton + Chatham Mainline
4. to do - South London, Thameslink and Chatham Mainline - South London + Bedford Mainline + Chatham Mainline
5. to do London to Brighton and Thameslink - London to Brighton + Bedford Mainline
6. to do London to Brighton and Chatham Mainline - London to Brighton + Chatham Mainline
CleverDino 14. sep. 2016 kl. 6:23
Heres a list of merges that are possible and are not yet done.

South London Merges

Routes already merged
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

done - 2012/16 London Victoria & St Pancras to Faversham (& Sheerness) - Chatham Mainline + London to Faversham
done - South London to Brighton - South London Network + London to Brighton
done - South London and Thameslink - South London + Bedford Mainline

Danny  [ophavsmand] 14. sep. 2016 kl. 1:10
Maybe for the latter :) - although for the former it would be unstable to do so (I haven't forgotten that route - i just need to redo it because of updates to the track)
CleverDino 14. sep. 2016 kl. 1:06
Is it possible to merge the Chatham Mainline with North, South, West London and Thameslink (WIP), also a South London to Brighton + Chatham merge would be nice.
Danny  [ophavsmand] 30. aug. 2016 kl. 1:25
Unfortunately I would have no time to do that, and also generally avoid 3rd party routes (not that they are bad - but generally I wouldn't get permission to do so )
Joseph Pichardo 28. aug. 2016 kl. 20:56
Can you make an electrifed version of The Springfield Line, if you can thank you.
Danny  [ophavsmand] 26. aug. 2016 kl. 10:39
I did also have a Augsburg to Rosenheim and Garmish to Rosenheim as separate routes too (for those that didn't have the other route. (time to do them atm - but thanks for your comments - although people have mentioned signals on those routes - for which i have barely any understanding of German Signals)
Lukas2438 26. aug. 2016 kl. 10:37
damn :D
Danny  [ophavsmand] 26. aug. 2016 kl. 10:36
Unfortunately it has the same issue as the below WCML Routes - and because they are made by 3 companies it would be hard to get permission. (Basically the routes wouldn't match up easily, Cologne would be in two different places - same with Koblenz too! )
Lukas2438 26. aug. 2016 kl. 10:34
I'm a big fan of the Munich to Garmisch/Augsburg/Rosenheim route, thx 4 that ♥

do you have the opportunity to merge Cologne - Dusseldorf, Cologne - Koblenz & Koblenz - Trier (Mosel Valley) sometime in the future?
Danny  [ophavsmand] 26. aug. 2016 kl. 9:27
Unfortunately I can't merge those routes - as the route's point of origin would be in the wrong place - basically Carlisle would be in two separate places.
PostalHazzer 26. aug. 2016 kl. 5:37
you really should do WCML north and WCML over shap toghter
Danny  [ophavsmand] 11. aug. 2016 kl. 18:06
just happened to be online :)
